+ -1 morePatio with concrete steps had to be raised almost 6 inches. The team went out of their way to complete the job even during rain showers. Very happy with the result, which also solved a basement water issue. Clear, prompt estimate. Professional approach. Trust them as a family operation. More expensive than I expected, but after seeing the work, was definitely fair.

+ -1 moreWhen Troy cam to make an estimate, he completely explained what he would do and how he would do it. When he came back to do the job, he did exactly as he explained. The driveway and sidewalks are back to level again. They did the work quickly, cleaned up afterwards and answered all my questions. I've very satisfied.
Description of Work: Sections of our driveway and sidewalk had settled, leaving them very uneven. On Site drilled holes in the settled sections and poured in material to bring everything back to level.

+ -1 moreThe initial call for the estimate was great. Troy showed up the same day, he explained the techniques of how they would raise each section. The day of the project Troy did not come, a co-owner of the company came instead.When the techniques were reviewed prior to project starting, the technique for raising the back patio was now different. when questioned why, the co-owner stated "you ask too many questions", he packed up his crew and left abruptly. no work was started. Very unprofessional.

+ -1 moreI looked on Angie's List for a contractor who could prevent water building up at the sidewalk leading to our front porch due to concrete settling. They called within minutes to arrange a time to come to our home and provide a quote. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He immediately pointed out the fact that our concrete step had dropped approximately 3" along with the sidewalk which was causing the water build up and occasional leakage into the basement. He was able to provide a quote on-site and included repairing (elevating) a small piece of concrete that broke away on the corner of our drive at no charge. The work was performed shortly after as agreed and looks great. They did a beautiful job cleaning the concrete when they were finished also. It has made a tremendous difference and we can actually keep the porch and entry clean now that we aren't dragging water and mud around! I would highly recommend this company.

+ -1 moreHe was great to work with. He was enthusiastic, well-informed about the business, very professional. I didn't want to "get in his way," or act like a suspicious customer by constantly questioning the job. But he actually wanted me to understand what was going on, to be an active participant in the experience of the repair. I appreciated that a lot. The men worked quickly, but carefully, frequently checking the progress of raising and leveling the broken concrete section, and stopping to adjust their procedures until the repair was perfect.
Description of Work: First, he came out and examined the cracked concrete walkway, and the sunken section, and gave an estimate of the cost. He then explained the probable cause of the damage, and asked me about water lines and other underground substance I might be aware of, that could be the causes. He also assured me that the repair job would not damage my wife's flowers on either side of the driveway. VERY IMPORTANT. Second, he came out with his crew on the appointed date, introduced them, and recommended I watch the procedure to be sure I was satisfied, and that I was informed as to how and why they performed the repairs. He explained the process of repair and what actually goes on. He had me check the horizontal level of the concrete steps as they were re-aligned. After clean-up, he instructed me on an additional step I would need to make in a few weeks, that I could do myself (to save costs), to seal the crack (the sand and cement underneath needed to settle first, before sealing the crack). He also gave me advice and solutions to help repair cracks on my asphalt driveway.

The report that he printed out at the end of the inspection was very thorough had pictures and comments. Very pleased with the outcome. Very professional person.
