was lucky enough to work with Zack on picking out both the best roofing and siding for my house. He was always available for any ideas or minor issues and all was taken care of efficiently. Working with Diego, the head of the team who actually did the work, was amazing. He was meticulous and took pride in the work. The house feels more solid and looks fabulous. I constantly get compliments from my friends and neighbors. I highly recommend this company!

The customer service was excellent. They were fast in that they were able to get materials and crew out there fast enough so I could sell the house. They were very knowledgeable about working with the insurance company. The roof quality was excellent as well. I would recommend them.

These guys were on it from the very start. I called them bc I had roof damage after a storm. They came out, talked with me and walked me through the entire process. They explained what would happen, It went exactly like they said. The crew came and did an excellent job. They got it all finished in one day and cleaned up everything afterwards. Would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a quote.

Bought a new house and needed a roof put on before closing. The guys really went above and beyond to get the job done fast. These guys communicated every step of the process with me along the way. Couldn’t ask for a more professional company.

At the time of the replacement had issues with workmanship. They seem to struggled outside of normal Roofing. Had vents replaced and they had to replace twice. Installed faulty vents that was evident they as bad. Payed extra outside of insurance payment. Asked to make sure job is done correctly and to replace what needed replaced. They had issues with lower pitch roof. Still an issue. Recently had issue with roof and sent Ryan pictures and he said he would get someone out ASAP. It’s now 2.5 weeks later and haven’t herd anything. They will not back the work done and will hide issues to get work done and collect check and cash. I would NOT recommend this company. Terrible communication poor workmanship.

We purchased an Angie's List deal from Miami Valley Roofing & Restoration. They called and set an appointment to look at the work. When they arrived, they seemed disappointed we didn't need to re-shingle the entire roof. They left without giving us a quote and we never heard from them again. We hired Bone Dry Roofing who were prompt and did the work quickly and on budget.

This company replace my roof under unique circumstances. They were extremely responsive and understood the unique needs of the situation. They provided reasonable options and worked directly with the insurance company to make sure everything was taken care of.

Miami valley roofing did a fantastic job. They worked with my insurance company and made things very simple for me. The crew did a great job and my roof looks amazing. My Roof was also done in 1 1/2 days!

Absolutely zero complaints. Anthony helped us from the first phone call, through the initial inspection, he dealt with our insurance company, he answered every single question we had in a very timely manner and when he said he or his crew would be here, they were here. The crew began on a Thursday morning, they got rained out a couple hours later, it rained all through Friday but Saturday morning they were back and they were finished with the job by early afternoon. They didn’t leave a mess. They were polite and friendly. They also answered any questions we had. Most importantly the roof looks great. I will recommend Miami Valley Roofing 100% of the time and if I ever have anymore roofing issues they’ll be the first company I call.

Crew was right on time on start date , worked very well together , they were very fast and professional, was very impressed with their workmanship and organization of quality and neatness with cleanup after completion of job by hauling away old materials. When I had a question concerning anything, they always answered promptly and very polite and courteous. Fantastic company! Owner worked with insurance company. All my plants were protected during tear off of 2 layers of shingles, and all materials cleaned up and removed. Neighbors have called with complements on beautiful roof. Entire process completed in about 8 hours. Out of pocket expense was insurance deductible.

From the very first contact to the company I received a phone call in a very timely manner. Samples were dropped off at our home along with a company information folder containing their state of Ohio certificate, workers compensation certificate and material product information. All my concerns were put to ease after speaking to the owners, ( mostly over the phone due to the social distance) they listened and explained what I should expect from the company. I was always updated on a schedule date for the new roof to be installed. On date of install the workers were On the job early. I was so impressed with how organized they were And how well they all seemed to work together, it was amazing just to watch them. The workers were very considerate of our property, the cleanup around our home was amazing, they even blew off some leaves that were on our bottom patio. After they left I walked around our home three times and was just amazed of how well they cleaned up. Except for our beautiful new roof on both the home and garage you would have never known there had been any one working at our home. I am very pleased with their professionalism and I would definitely recommend Miami Valley Roofing.

Excellent! Mitch was able to come to my house the same day the quote was requested. I had requested a quote from another company that was 4x the cost. The work was completed during the COVID-19 pandemic with *perfect* social distancing. Mitch gave video updates, telephone calls, photos, etc as proof of progess and in full explanation of services. Would recommend!

Ryan from MVR&R responded immediately to my call. He cleared the debris and covered the roof where the tree damaged the roof. Ryan also worked with my insurance company to complete the repairs in a timely fashion. I would hire Ryan and MVR&R again.

We needed an urgent roof replacement after water damage. Anthony responded quickly, provided a competitive quotation, helped with shingle selection and was able to schedule the replacement within a week. The installation team arrived on time, and did a terrific job including clean-up after the installation, which took the 2 days promised. We were completely satisfied with every step of the process and definitely recommend this company.

Ryan and Anthony were extremely professional and organized. They showed up on time, took pictures of my damaged roof, created a report and worked with my insurance adjuster to get the claim processed. I had to do almost nothing for the throughout the entire process. Their crew was very polite, clean and thorough. Extra time was spent putting down tarps and covering plants around the perimeter of my house. They had the roof completed in a day. I haven’t found a single piece of left over debris and the final product looks amazing. I would highly recommend using Miami Valley Roofing.

Anthony and his crew at Miami Valley Roofing were outstanding from start to finish! Anthony was recommended to us after we were denied a roof replacement from our insurance company, after a wind storm damaged our roof. I did not have a contractor present at the time of the original decision not to replace the roof (but only repair) by the insurance adjustor. After a referral by a friend, we contacted Anthony and he came out the same week and looked at the roof. He also had the roof covered with a tarp so that no additional damage would be incurred due to rain as several shingles were missing. After his review, Anthony sent a write-up to our insurance company recommending a roof replacement and had me call to schedule a re-inspection of our roof based on his write-up and photos. Anthony took time to be there to walk through the inspection of our roof with the insurance adjustor. The same day of the re-inspection I received a call from the insurance adjustor that he had changed his course of action and recommended roof replacement. Anthony then guided us through the process of picking out shingles and scheduled the roof replacement within a couple of weeks. He filed all of the necessary paperwork with the insurance company so we could receive payment in a timely manner. Anthony was also gracious enough to allow us time to receive the funds from the insurance company before having us make final payment. On the scheduled day of roof replacement, his crew showed up on time, worked diligently until the job was done and cleaned up after the job was finished. They did a professional job and the roof looks great! I could not recommend Anthony and his crew at Miami Valley Roofing any higher. We paid a little extra to have them replace our box vents with a ridge vent. I am so glad we heard about Anthony and Miami Valley Roofing through a friend because working with them was truly a blessing to our family! MIAMI VALLEY ROOFING DID A VERY NICE JOB REPLACING THE ROOF ON OUR HOUSE AT 376 N FOURTH ST. TIPP CITY, OH. THE JOB WAS DONE IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER AND THEY DID A NICE JOB OF CLEANING UP AFTER. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE NEEDING ROOF WORK.
