UPDATE to my earlier review: Luis is VERY cognizant of reviews posted. After reading my review below, he reached out via phone call immediately. He explained the situation, which I certainly can understand, and scheduled a time for his crew to arrive later in the week. As promised, his crew arrived on time on the specific date agreed upon and performed a flawless operation. They were professional in their appearance, courteous in their manner, and efficient in their operation. I'm glad Luis came through and made good on his word. I will recommend Luis and MBI Tree Service to others without hesitation. Thanks for a job well done to Luis and his crew!

He didnt remove all the trees that I thought he should

The elm tree located in my rear yard was next to neighbors wood privacy fence and six feet from my shed. Luis and his crew took down the 65 foot high tree in sections with a climbing crew that expertly and quickly dropped the tree in sections. They used a front loader and turf pads to move the tree sections to the street without causing any damage to my yard, which had been rain soaked 24 hours before their arrival. Other companies quoted higher prices and would have used a bucket truck to do the same work, creating a much greater risk of yard damage. This is my fourth time using MBI because they are competitively priced with highly professional results. Thanks Luis Paez.

Excellent service at a great price

I had a dead ash tree with a deck built around it, very close to my house. The first company I contacted declined the job due to the risk factors, the next one gave a fair but somewhat pricey quote, so we contacted MBI. Luis arrived when he said he would, was very friendly and professional, and gave a very competitive quote. He was able to schedule it within a week, and his crew arrived promptly. They were very efficient, tidy, and removed the tree with zero damage to my deck or house. I elected to keep the wood for firewood, so they neatly stacked it for me where I requested them to. I would highly recommend MBI based off of my experience with them!

Unequivocally, the MBI Tree Service deserves a five-star rating. The MBI team came out to our family property to cut down several very large trees at three different sites on our property. They were prepared, professional, and polite. They brought all the necessary equipment to handle all aspects of this very large project and worked diligently, quickly, and, above all, safely!! The price was extremely reasonable. The bid was the lowest of five bids we received; however, the quality of the work was of the highest caliber possible. I was quite impressed, and I am not easily impressed. Thank you so much for a job well-done from start to finish.
