It looks fantastic and definitively looks like a built-in! We're extremely happy with their expert work and top notch craftsmanship that the Chateau Group put into building it. And we found well thought out surprises that made the wiring up of our computers and lights much easier – THANK YOU STEVE! A special shout out to the painter Zeke! He did a superb job and took such pride in his work as did the whole Chateau team. They not only did great work, but we felt very comfortable working with all of the guys. They had upbeat attitudes and were respectable of us and our home. When we do our next project, we'll definitely give the Chateau Group a call. You just can’t beat their expertise!

+ 1 moreChateau completely remodeled 2 bathrooms for us. They have a strong attention to detail and do impeccable work. Any questions or concerns that we had were addressed immediately. Also, they were able to give great advice on the layout and structure of each bathroom. Chateau’s communication throughout the projects was stellar, especially providing arrival times in the morning (via a text message) was a huge benefit. We would hire Chateau again and enjoyed working with Garrick, George, and Brian.

Description of Work: Complete bathroom remodel and partial bathroom remodel. The work and service was professional and convenient. Project manager was constantly checking in and available for questions. The crew treated our home, pets, kids (3 year old and 1 year old) with the utmost respect and patience! + 0 moreRepresentatives from the Chateau Group visited the site in December 2014, and provided us with an estimate within 24 hours. Winter is not the most favorable time to apply new shingles, but the schedule was driven by the windstorm. On 5 January 2015, in 14 degree weather, five roofers arrived and stripped off the old shingles on the front half of the house. Over the next 7 days, even though we received several more inches of snow and temps stayed below freezing, they applied the necessary undercoating, replaced the air vents, and finished the entire roof by 12 January. We are satisfied with the new roof. The roofers protected the unfinished roof at all times, so there was never any interior damage. They did an excellent job of cleanup when they were finished.
Description of Work: The Chateau Group removed and replaced all the shingles on our one-story home.

+ 5 moreWe unfortunately contracted the Chateau Group to do this work during some hard winter days. They were diligent in scheduling and completing work when weather permitted. The finished work was extremely well done. They accomplished everything we asked. The workmen were very personable and easy to deal with. They freely answered any questions and addressed any concerns that were presented to them. The office was always quick to respond and were in constant contact before each phase of the work took place. We have no complaints and would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Chateau Group was contracted to remove existing chimney and convert it to a ventless fireplace box. This process included demolition of old chimney, framing to existing soffit, installing new roof sheathing, installing new gutters, installing new siding and trim, installing new dimensional shingles on roof followed by painting and finishing work to match our home's existing colors.

+ 2 moreThey promptly responded to my phone call and came to my home to look at the job. All work was handled professionally and quickly. All work was satisfactory and no rework was required. They cleaned up all of their materials and even offered to clean up mess left behind from previous contractor. Also repaired a damaged downspout from the second story of the house. Be advised that there is a $450.00 minimum fee from this group.
Description of Work: Finished trimming out a poorly handled door installation that was provided by a different contractor. Installed interior and exterior trim, compensating for wrong sized door installation. Stained and painted as necessary as well as acquiring necessary materials.

They completed a beautiful remodeling project for me with the utmost care taken in not only the design and craftsmanship, but also in their consideration for creating as little disruption as possible in my home during the project. Superior results along with being just plain "good people" makes them the winning combination. They are truly a pleasure to work with and I can't thank them enough!
Description of Work: In late summer of 2011, Chateau Group took out a sliding glass door in our master bedroom and replaced it with a beautiful window. They were so conscientious about their work from start to completion . . . . from designing the interior and exterior changes, to knocking out the door, to framing in and installing the window, to creating a new wall and woodwork, to installing siding on the outside that nicely matches the design of the rest of the house. The result is a new wall and window that, from both the inside and outside, look like they've always been there.

+ 1 moreFor both of these projects, the Chateau Group met and exceeded my expectations. All actions and words were most professional. The site was cleaned up each nite and at the end of the project too.
Description of Work: During the Fall of 2011 and also in the Spring of 2012 I have had two projects performed by the Chateau Group at my home. 1- In the Fall of 2011, the Chateau Group designed and installed an over 300 foot long drainage ditch and associated ~80 ft long x 4ft high retaining wall along the East side of my driveway. Garrick, Geof, and Rick and some of their other colleagues did an excellent job with this several day project. They utilized a backhoe, shovels, diesel and muscle power during course of this project. In addition, they also did some welding repairs to a guard rail on a bridge that crosses a 20ft wide creek on the property. At the end of each day they policed the site and at the end of the project cleaned up the site very well. 2- In the Spring of 2012, the Chateau Group installed a specialized exhaust fan in my attic, complete with gable access door. In addition, they interfaced a bathroom exhaust fan's output into a cook-surface's exhaust system. Finally, they installed a circular light-tunnel type of skylight in one of the bathrooms. At all times, Garrick and Tim were most professional in their actions.
