Oh, my gosh! In a world where truly good or even amazing customer service is totally hard to find, Matt from DogSafe Underground Fences is THE BEST!!! He explained so much to me before during and after the installation process. It was fascinating (to me) and SO helpful to understand the technology he uses!! It helped me understand how this would prevent my husky mix from sailing over our back yard fence. With his technology, we can literally make out back fence 11 feet high without having to replace our widen split rail fence and violate the HOA rules about fence height. Matt is a kind, sweet, intelligent, sincere, hard-working and compassionate gentleman. He owns and runs the company and said to call him any time with any questions even on weekends. I believe he meant that 100%!!!! I cannot put into words how impressed I am with Matt, his service, and his company!!! Simply exceptionalâ like a rare jewel!! Definitely consider Matt and DogSafe Underground Fences! Matt has my highest recommendation!!!!!

Matt and his son Jacob went above and beyond. I had gone on Angies list on a Tuesday evening because I needed an invisible fence installed ASAP. Matt responded within an hour. He sent me a message and then he called me and answered all the questions I had. The invisible fence was to be installed at my Daughter and Son in law's house about 3 hours away from me. Matt rearranged his schedule and did us a favor and installed the invisible fence, trained the dog, and did it in a very timely and a professional manner. It is a pleasure doing business with someone that actually does what he says he is going to do.

We were hesitant to hire due to the price being so much lower than the national brand but Iâ m so glad we did! The installation didnâ t take long, Matt showed us how to train the dogs and is very knowledgeable and friendly! He involved my kids in the process too which they enjoyed! I donâ t usually write reviews, however this is a case where I feel compelled to do so. Matt Pettit, the installer/ representative for DogSafe in our area of Ohio, is to be commended for the way he takes care of business. Matt answered the phone on my very first call, and within hours had a quote to me, followed up another phone call to discuss details, and because I was satisfied with his knowledge and respect, scheduled an installation time in that same phone call. The job was completed within the next working day!! (Calls on Friday, installation on Monday!!!) When the installation was complete, Matt worked in the rain with me to acclimate my two dogs. Within three days we had new found security for our pets. I just canâ t say enough about Mattâ s professional behavior, the way he represents the DogSafe product, and his attention to detail and service. Thanks Matt!!!
