Matt was awesome, professional , and an absolute master at his craft, not only was it quick and professional installation, but the way he works with you and your pet. He shows he wants you to get the most out of the product you purchased, if the ratings allowed, i'd give him 10 stars.

Matt was wonderful from my 1st inquiry call until the final part of my installation. He installed the underground fence and was respectful of my property. He showed me how the system worked and trained my two dogs. His price is several hundred dollars cheaper than 2 other competing companies. Our experience with DogSafe/Matt was fantastic. Matt arrived as scheduled and finished the install within hours. He worked with our whole family to learn the system. Since we have 2 6 month old puppies, we knew our training time would be a bit longer. But Matt answered all our questions and taught us how to change the parameters etc to work with our dogs. We are a month plus with the system, and the puppies are doing great! They have full run of the front and back yard and havenâ t even attempted to break thru since the first week. 2 Goldendoodle puppies is a tough test for a electric fence system and we are impressed! Price was very reasonable, as much as half the price as other systems. I definitely recommend this service!

Matt responded to my inquiry on Home Advisor. He is very proactive, friendly and professional. He responded quickly to my request for a quote and expertly installed the fence within a couple of days.

Matt was amazing .He called us right away to make an appointment . He was very upfront about pricing . He spent 2 hours helping us train our dogs in 28 degree weather being patient and kind the whole time after spending 1.5 hours installing the fence in the 28. degree weather ! He also answered all our questions. He made sure we knew how everything worked and gave us homework to finish training . I would recommend him every time !!
