They're excellent. They're always available. They've just been our company for years. I would recommend them.

Would have them again! My units are aging and near or passed end of life. Shawn was straight forward in his explanation of my problem and the condition of my units, both the fuel oil furnace and my air conditioners. I initially was seeing a problem with the furnace, which was corrected. Additionally, A/C units were inspected and parts replaced as needed. All was done on time and at a cost that was reasonable.

When we were having trouble with the old one, they were times when we had to call them and they were always very good at coming right away, and taking a look and getting it going again for us. They recommended us that it was pretty old, and it was about time that it had to be replaced. There were some serious issues with the old one because it was becoming a danger as it was 27 years old. We think the price was pretty reasonable because we had called other places. They did a good job regarding the quality. We would rate them highly and use them in the future if needed.

They are fine. If I didn't like them, I wouldn't use them. They are prompt, they do what they are supposed to do, and they send me a check; they make it easy.
