Their repair service on the orientals is not cheap but it is very well done. If the rug is of value this is the company to call. My carpets look like new and the orientals are in beautiful condition again. Everyone I have dealt with at Arslanian's is professional, personable and helpful. My schedule and their schedule in my area made rug pick ups a bit complicated but they worked with me to get everything done within the limits I had available. A very good company to do business with.

I am so impressed, not only with the quality of their products, but with the effort expended to get the work done right and also with their positive attitude, professionalism, and eagerness to go the extra mile to provide excellent service! Cliff listened carefully to what my needs were, made good suggestions and quickly came up with a plan. In the home we currently live in, we have two big dogs and off-white carpet in the family room. We went away for spring break and our dog sitter did a poor job of cleaning the dogs paws before letting them into the house. With all the rain and snow, our back yard was muddy and the dogs tracked in serious mud and dirt throughout the house, especially into the family room and onto the sectional. The carpet (all of it) was covered in mud and dirt. You couldn't even see the white! Cliff was confident they could get it all out of the carpet and off the sectional as well. He was right. The carpet looked like new (it's at least 10 years old) and so did the sectional. Additionally, he made suggestions on how to prevent the carpet from coming up where it meets the hardwood floor in the kitchen and recommended Scotch Guard to protect everything in the future. Everything looks great! In our other home that we are putting up for sale, we needed the family room, steps down to the basement and basement carpet cleaned. Our elderly cat had urinated on the carpet in the basement (there was not a stain, but some residual odor remained). I discussed the issue with Cliff and he suggested their deodorizer. We tried it and it really worked. It saved me from having to replace the carpet. I find it rare to find a company with excellent products, exceptional service and personable and professional employees. I had a great experience!

We could not the repair when we picked up the piece. We were only able to see it through a picture they took prior to the repair. Work was EXCELLENT.

Everything was fine. The thing that I had a problem with was, with the treads on my stairs. I had to pay extra for a truck to come out to do that job.

They guaranteed their work. They came back and re-stretch the carpet again after the cleaning. They were very conscientious. We used them because they had good ratings.

The carpet was high quality carpet, overall good shape except that it was dirty & had tons of pet urine stains. House was a foreclosure and carpet was neglected by the previous owners animals. I hired them before we moved in because a friend of mine said they work wonders in situations like this. So, they came out and I had to leave and they cleaned the carpets and locked up. Afterwards, the carpet looked nearly brand new. Stains that I thought wouldn't come out did, and only a very few faintly bleached spots remained (you wouldn't notice if you didn't look for it). I am impressed, and I felt safe moving our family in here. Thanks!

Cleaning crew of two gentlemen were very personable and polite. We recently found in two rooms (bedrooms that go unused normally), that our new white wood baseboards had been warped from the steam. I have reached out the them in hopes of a response...it has been a week and I have heard nothing. Very disappointing given the high rating here and the fact that they were referred to us by our home inspector. I was hoping since we chose to support a local family company that they would at least respond and address the damage that was done to our new home.

They were professional, but not very personable. But, the carpets are clean. Some stains left behind.

They called to let me know when they were coming, were very professional and courteous and did a wonderful job - not all stains came out but some had been there too long - the stairs look wonderful! I would call on them again!

They had good reviews on Angie's list so I thought I would try them. They were on time, did a thorough job at a good price!

Except for some attitude from one employee, once one got past that, all was tops and professional, and courteous.

Arslanian sent a 2 man crew, which arrived on time and immediately measured the carpeted area in my house. Because I have records from when the carpeting was installed, I know that their measurements were accurate. If anything, they underestimated a little. As soon as they finished this step, they asked if I needed any added services-I chose the pet deodorizer- and then told me how much the job would be. We agreed on a price and they set to work immediately. Anyone who has had their carpet cleaned knows that you can't really see the results until the carpet is dry. Based on what I saw and smelled 3 days later, Arslanian did an excellent job of removing stains and odors. Also, even though I had agreed on a price before the cleaning was done, one of the reps remembered to apply a 10% empty-house discount before I paid. That saved me $70. Overall, I'm very pleased with the way things turned out and will definitely call Arslanian out for any future carpet cleaning.

This was my first time working with them and they have been in business since 1959. They are a great company to work with. They did a fabulous job at rebinding the rug. They were extremely punctual and called me the night before to confirm the appointment and price.

This is one of the best service providers I have ever encountered (and I'm fussy)! The staff was super professional, thorough, organized and did an absolutely fantastic job of cleaning our carpets. Some had stains and things that I was sure would never come out, but they did. These folks know about carpet! Highly recommended!

They called ahead to let me know when they would be arriving. They were in and out of here between 15 and 20 minutes of their arrival. They seemed rushed and in a hurry. Part of the office carpet is not clean and I question the thoroughness of the rest of the cleaning. In the office, a pencil that was on the floor, is still on the floor in the same place.

After I recovered from finding out how expensive it was going to be to have my rug cleaned and repaired (I opted for machine serging all the edges which looks fine, but obviously is not for purists nor for a valuable rug -- the handwork for fringing and binding was $20-30/foot as opposed to $6/foot for the machine work), I was very pleased with both the process and the outcome. All pricing was clearly stated at the beginning, repeated at the time of pick-up, and confirmed by phone before any work was done. I did not feel pressured into any particular option -- although I did waver for an instant, knowing how beautifully hand repairs can turn out. I have some smaller oriental rugs that I may go the hand repair route with in the future. I have had this rug cleaned before -- by a small local carpet/rug shop. The result has been adequate although I never felt that the rug was properly dried and it always came back smelling strongly of deodorizer (we have had multiple dogs in the past). This time the rug came back clean, completely dry, and pretty much scent free -- with all edges neatly bound in a color that is a good match for the original wool. I was very impressed. The staff at Arslanian Brothers is pleasant and professional. They do offer a 20% discount on cleaning if you bring in the rug yourself -- that wasn't possible for me with a rug this large. The whole process took a week from pick-up to delivery -- since I opted for the machine repair, it could be done immediately. Otherwise (and this was very clearly explained) my rug would be entered into the queue for hand repairs. A very positive experience -- and the rug looks great!

Arselanian called first thing in morning and confirmed time of arrival. Cleaning team of Matt and Tony called when they left their prior appointment and showed up within 15 minutes of original time. Matt and Tony were extremely courteous and polite throughout the entire process. They took extra care for two high traffic patterns which needed more effort. Both seemed to enjoy their job. They made sure each piece of furniture was protected from the wet carpet. Ensured that we were told to be careful going from carpet to slate kitchen floor. They were done in about an hour. Leaving the air conditioner on and a dehumidifier on in the family room the carpet was dry by the next day. Best compliments to the team of Matt and Tony.

We have always used them for years. Their work is find but, they are a little pricey. We always heard around town how good they are.

They did an excellent job. I was very pleased with the service.

Arrived on time surveyed the house again and explained what was going to happen and asked for questions on the process. Started the cleaning on time.

It was good. I had a rug that had fringe on it that got caught up in the vacuum cleaner. I thought I would have to throw the rug away so I took it out to them and said "No problem." They took the fringe off on both ends and bound it and did a beautiful job. I was really happy with it.

They have great service, and fast turnaround time. The estimates are not always spot on.

They did very good job. I love my carpet again. will using your company in the future.
