Description of Work: We sent two oriental rugs to be cleaned. One had pet urine smell that no one else could get out. It is now out! The other had some edge tears. The repairs were done quite well. These folk know their business. This is a great example of "You get what you pay for!"

Description of Work: Carpet cleaning was prompt and efficient. Moved 2 couches and replaced them after cleaning. Gave instructions on dealing with damp carpet. Furniture cleaning also done well and quickly. In and out of the house with their equipment in under an hour, since we had done most of the furniture moving beforehand. Area rug cleaning was handled by a different crew, who pick up and deliver the rugs, also on time. Everything looked very nice. Employees were nice, cleaned up after themselves, and knew a lot about rugs and carpet cleaning.. Price is for carpets, furniture cleaning and 2small, 2 large area rugs.

The carpets and chairs look nearly new. The price was really much less than we anticipated. We observed them cleaning the chairs and they were extremely attentive to every detail - they were real pros. They were also very careful not to make any mess. We highly recommend them and will certainly have them back.

Description of Work: About every two years I get my carpets cleaned throughout the whole house's walking areas. This time I also got 2 wing-back chairs and a loveseat cleaned also. Stairs from one floor to the next were done too. A great job was done. Little styrofoam squares were put under furnitures' legs so the wood and carpet would be protected until the carpet dried. The two workers were very pleasant, fast, and efficient.

I wish that when they delivered them that they had put the rugs back in the rooms instead of leaving them on our first floor. They cleaned the rugs well except for a few spots which may never come out. I will likely use them again.

Description of Work: I called to see if they could get an odor out of an area rug I purchased from a garage sale. He asked me to describe rug, which has a heavy cotton backing to it. He told me theyve had a lot of trouble with this type of rug, as there is glue between the backing and front which you cannot see. The odor comes from the glue and it is almost impossible to remove. I thanked him for his honesty. I would use them in the future because of this.

IMAGINE OUR SURPRISE WHEN THEY CALLED TO ASK WHY WE HAD CHANGED OUR APPOINTMENT FROM THURSDAY TO FRIDAY, WHEN WE HAD NEVER CHANGED A THING. ARMEN GOT AGITATED & WAS VERY RUDE, INSISTING THAT I HAD CALLED & CHANGED AN APPOINTMENT WHEN THE ONLY TIME WE CALLED WAS TO SCHEDULE THE FRIDAY CLEANING. HE REFUSED TO BELIEVE ME & WAS VERY RUDE, TELLING US THAT HE MIGHT BE ABLE TO FIT US IN ON FRIDAY, BUT IT WASN'T LIKELY SINCE WE CALLED, CHANGED THE APPOINTMENT, & BASICALLY MESSED UP HIS SCHEDULE. WE IMMEDIATELY CANCELED THEIR SERVICE & FOUND ANOTHER COMPANY WHO WERE COURTEOUS & CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. DUE TO THE POOR WAY THEY HANDLED THE SITUATION WE WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE & WE WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE.
