Description of Work: I had them shampoo and vacuum all the wall-to-wall carpet in the house and the family room carpet. This included 5 rooms along with the stairs and upper floor hallway. They did a fast, excellent job and elevated all the furniture.

Description of Work: Read reviews of how they revived area rugs and had one that needed some extra TLC. They were very frank about the condition of the rug and limitations. The rug came out better than expected. I also, had them make a custom (round) floor pad for me for this rug. The rug and pad were completed on time and were done well. Dropped the rug off and they give a 20% discount on the rug cleaning. I enjoyed working with them so much that I had them clean the carpets at our rental. I would recommend their services to anyone.

All the furniture looks better than new. The crew was professional and courteous. I am a long time customer and will use them again and again. Description of Work: We sent two oriental rugs to be cleaned. One had pet urine smell that no one else could get out. It is now out! The other had some edge tears. The repairs were done quite well. These folk know their business. This is a great example of "You get what you pay for!"

Furniture cleaning also done well and quickly. In and out of the house with their equipment in under an hour, since we had done most of the furniture moving beforehand. Area rug cleaning was handled by a different crew, who pick up and deliver the rugs, also on time. Everything looked very nice. Employees were nice, cleaned up after themselves, and knew a lot about rugs and carpet cleaning.. Price is for carpets, furniture cleaning and 2small, 2 large area rugs.
