Description of Work: Arslanian Bros. steam cleaned the carpeting in 3 rooms, several scatter rugs, 3 upholstered recliner chairs and 7 dining chairs with upholstered seats and backs. They arrived on time, worked efficiently moving and replacing furniture as they did each room. They finished in about 2 hours and gave us a 10% Senior discount. We have used them before and would not hesitate to use them again.

Description of Work: Two men deep cleaned and deodorized (because of pets) two rooms and a staircase. |The arrived on time, moved furniture, put protectors under furniture, and asked if there was anything that I wanted. They were polite, professional, and cheerful. I was very impressed.

Description of Work: Arslanian Brothers is the ONLY carpet cleaning company I WILL USE ALWAYS! They always get all the stains (ALWAYS) every time. I have a light tan carpet that is always so dirty but they get of them out and my carpet is like new again! I USE THEM EVERY YEAR For the LAST 7 YRS> BEST EVER!!A little more pricey but it is worth it.

The total was in line with my expectations and we asked them to do the work. They pick up every Wednesday and did not even require us to move furniture off the rugs. | |Arslanian Brothers returned the rugs a week later, all clean and looking and smelling fresh. Again, they put them back in place for us. | |They worked quickly and we are very happy with their work.

Description of Work: Took out and cleaned two rugs, one 13'x 9' and one 5'x 8'. They cleaned both and removed the fringe and bound the edges of the larger one. It went very well. They were on time for pickup and deliveries and were very couteous.

But this time in Sept. 2014 -- with a deeply stained carpet in certain spots -- there was NO special attention paid to this spot or treatment given - like a deep clean -- which it needed. My young adult son was only person home, so my responsibility for not being there and requesting. Description of Work: Three carpets cleaned. Arrived within appointment window. A bit of an issue initially. First truck failure. Needed to reschedule, probably the following week. That would have been problematic with furniture and other items relocated to accomodate cleaning process. Suprised that the same crew able to obtain replacement truck that same day and arrived only a few hours later. Completed cleaning with no further issues to my satisfaction. Will definitely use them in the future. In my opinion they lived up to their reputation.
