 + -1 moreTHIS WAS THE FIRST COMPANY I CALLED AND I WAS IMPRESSED ENOUGH WITH THEIR RESPONSE TO ME THAT I DID NOT CALL OR GET ESTIMATES ELSEWHERE. I THEREFORE AM NOT SURE AS TO THE PRICE, BUT WITH THEIR EXCELLENT WORK (AND A %20) OFF COUPON, IT WAS WELL WORTH THE COST.

THE TECHNICIAN TOLD ME THAT THE SPOTS DIDNT COME OUT BECAUSE OF THE LOW QUALITY OF MY CARPETING AND NOT BECAUSE THEY DIDNT PRE-SPOT. I WAS REALLY SURPRISED BY HIS ATTITUDE.
