It went extremely well. No problems.

They were very good. They do any repairs when needed. They will come and get them but they charge a pickup and delivery charge. So I took it up there. I had to buy a new backing for the rug. They are very professionally done. They are experts in the oriental rug business. The rug is about 100 years old or older.

They picked up and delivered the rugs exactly as arranged, and did a beautiful job. They ere polite, professional, and thorough.

The company was on time and were professional. Carpeting and furniture looked great after cleaning.

I don't remember the cost, but it wasn't a huge amount. Reasonable. The price was OK.

Our rugs came out looking as brand new! Which was no supprize!!! Having tried so many others in the long ago past, we will NEVER use any other carpet cleaner! No other carpet cleaning company can compete and or compare, or even come remotely close! Using Arslanain Brothers for over 15 years now, they have never EVER failed in meeting our expectations. A family run company that has family values! Be assured you will never EVER be disappointed...EVER! I became associated with this wonderful family in the early 1960's as a young child the early Arslanain family members ran a old-fashioned barber shop, received my very first-ever haircut there. Yes this has nothing to do with clean carpets, however it lays the foundation of a long-long standing family, that remains today! Stronger than ever....

They showed up on time as promised and got right to work. Generally the work was very good and the carpets and furniture looked much better. They kept the house clean and were thorough about getting under / around the large pieces of furniture. There was one room where it began to smell like mildew after they were done. What both surprised and pleased me was how quickly they came out and redid the room and got the excess moisture out of the carpet. Alan from Arslanian said because that area needed so much work it left additional water in the carpet.

They are excellent people and I would definitely use them again. They took our rugs out, cleaned them and brought them back.

They handle Orientals. I happen to have a couple of nice rugs. They aren't Oriental, they're American-made, but you want a nice rug to be taken care of properly. They're nice rugs: wool. But, they needed to be cleaned and they needed to be repaired a little bit. They took care of both of those things and they look fabulous. They picked them up in the middle and brought them back at the end. They got to keep them a little while to fix them. There were two rugs and altogether it was about $300 including the repair.

I know we got a deal, we had a coupon and it was well worth it. I don’t remember the cost. I know it was very worthwhile, it was much better than I expected. The quality was very good. They were here on time and ready to good. They did a great job and I would definitely have them come back when we needed it cleaned again. They did it in a very short period of time and there were two guys. We had moved most of the stuff, they only thing that they had to move were the few pieces of really big furniture. They really did the job very quickly and it looked really nice. The carpeting is about 20 years old, at least and it really looked good when they were done with it. The workers were very nice and very professional. I think this was the first time we used them and I’m glad we did.

I've used other companies and with Arslanian, spots that have never come out before did so now! I will never use anyone else again!

Fabulous! They got out stains that no other company could.

First time grout cleaning and was pleased. Carpet cleaning was ok, many existing stains came back very quickly.

I always call them to do my rug cleaning. I had no complaints, but apparently underneath there was some trim binding on the underside of the rug going around holding the border. I didn't know that and they rolled it up and then they brought it back. He did show it to me that it was coming loose. I assumed they were going to fix it. He said all I have to do is stick some glue on it, and put it down , and put a couple of books over the top because it's heavy and it would be fine. I kind of just thought that maybe they would have glued it. It was no big deal. Maybe they would have charged me $100 to do it. I don't know. They should have called me to let me know how much it was to fix. Their price was very reasonable. They've cleaned my rugs before, and I still call them. They give you a time window and they were within the window. They were nice guys.

Couldn't be any better. The men were prompt, efficient, obliging, and very professional. Very nice guys. I am extremely pleased with the company. And they are far superior to their major competitor.

Excellent...they had a cancellation before our scheduled time; called to ask if they could come early; very professional and friendly. Completed job, answered questions and gave instructions for how to best facilitate the drying of the carpet.

They were all good. They did a good job cleaning the carpets.

We've been using them for years, we recommend them. They do good work!

Carpet looks like new. Technicians called when they were on their way. They move big furniture (you need to mobe breakables and smaller stuff). Took them less than 30 minutes to finish.

They are really good, they're great, they are terrific. They clean the oriental rugs perfect. They're amazing. They clean carpets. We have them in about every five years and they do a terrific job. They're very good value.
