Jeff and his assistant (forgot his name, sorry) were on time and came in. Checked out what we wanted cleaned and got to work right away. They moved the chairs and loveseat we left in room and steam cleaned all carpet and steps we requested. They put the chairs and loveseats back with foam protectors under legs. They were very courteous, professional and did a thorough steam cleaning job!! The carpet looks brand new and it is 14 years old!!! I have used them for years and they ARE GREAT!!!!!! I highly recommend them. We also had our coupon from Angies List which they gladly accepted! Thank you Jeff

I called Arslanian Brothers first because of its number of positive reviews on Angie's, for a loved pieced of furniture that was stained by a dog's urine. The woman who picked up the phone did not even ask about the type of materials before she said that "don't bother with it." After her 5th repetition "there is no guarantee," I pointed out that I called them because of Angie's List and wanted to ask if they could provide different services. She then said "it was not her fault that the dog peed on the coach" and that cleaning would be futile (without even asking me about the content of filling) and at most, it would "sanitize" the coach. I then clarified if that would be her recommendation, she rudely replied "I don't know." When I patiently asked her if they could send someone to take a look at it, she said that they were "very busy." Unbelievable. The customer service was beyond unprofessional if not rude.

It was a great experience right from the beginning. I had just called another company ad the hard sell was bad. The woman on the phone was so busy trying to send someone to my house to give me an estimate that I had a hard time getting my questions answered. With Arslenian, the woman that I talked to was very professional and answered all my questions. The man who cleaned my carpets arrived on time. He cleaned all the carpeting and they looked great. One part of the carpet had a very old rust stain. I had cleaned the carpet myself several times with my steam cleaner but was unable to remove the stain. This time I decided to have the carpeting professionally cleaned. Not only the rust stain come out, but also the whole carpet looked better than when I cleaned it. I will never clean my own carpet again. He applied the scotch guard. He put the protectors under my furniture. Then he gave me instructions on how to maintain the carpet. (I have two dogs and have been spot cleaning with a commercial spray cleaner. He said I should use club soda; this would clean the carpet without leaving residue.)

They are on time, and their equipment is top notch. They knew what they were doing. And they moved things with no issue. They are really professional.

The carpet cleaners arrived on time, and cleaned the desired areas quickly and professionally. We had just lost our 15 year-old dog so the family room carpeting was a bit of a mess but they restored it beautifully, moving all the furniture and replacing it carefully and efficiently. A great job done in what seemed like a blink of the eye. Nice work.

The project went quite well. We have used Arslanian Brothers in our old house and we wanted Arslanian to clean the carpets inthis house several days prior to moving into the property. When it became apparent that the painters were running late in completing their end of the work needed for this property, Arslanian worked with us to re-schedule at a more appropriate time. Arslanian's two-person crew, Nick and John, called about one-half hour before they arrived at the property. The paint crew was wrapping up their work as the Arslanian crew rolled up. Nick and John quickly took measurements of the area needed cleaning, provided an estimate (indicating we had a 10% discount because it was an empty space), and began work on the project. Nick indicated a problem with one room's carpet that could not be cleaned. He indicated the stains appeared to be cigarette burns. It took about maybe an hour to complete the job.

They came in; one reviewed the cost with me and we went through the house to identify rooms to be cleaned. They then worked together and finished in about 45 minutes.

They not only came on time, but called me at the office so I could meet them without taking off any extra time. They moved furniture as needed. They then cleaned and reattached fringe as needed. One week to the day, they brought back the rug, took special care to place exactly as I wanted it. They also moved furniture as requested. Very clean and careful. They did a wonderful job. I will use them again.

The price was a little more than I had hoped for, but the guys did a great job. I couldn't believe the difference in both the tile and the grout. It was amazing. The 2 men who did the service were very personable and professional. They were incredibly helpful in providing information about how to properly care for the tile to extend the life of the cleaning and sealing that was performed.

We used Arslanian Brothers in June of last year. It was under $500. We have a big house just to let you know. We have a lot of carpeted areas. They were absolutely excellent.

They now only schedule pick up in my area on Thursday. I work on the opposite side of town from 9-6 so no way could I do this. They said they could not schedule any other day and they could call the day before to let me know approximately when. Obviously this wouldn't work because of the distance. I just find this hard to believe that they only come to my area one fixed day a week even if I was willing to wait a few weeks. They had no other options. I think this is very poor customer service and am very disappointed. The only people that can pay for their services are working people so this makes no sense. I would not recommend them to anyone that works.

The 2 guys were prompt and very personable. I did not ask them to move any furniture. I had all the small pieces of furniture moved out of the room and instructed them to just clean around the large couches since the carpeting underneath them was new. I added on deodorizer since my dog had a few accidents on the carpet. I likely will not use the company again due to the cost. I feel $150 to clean an average family room in which they simply went around the furniture and a set of stairs was too expensive. I probably could have found coupons or negotiated teh price prior to their arrival, however I was just glad that I was able to have them come out on short notice since I was having guests.

They arrived on time, did a great job, gave me some spot cleaning tips that really work, and were gone in under an hour.

Pick-up was timely, delivery was timely. When I unrolled the carpeting, it had white flecks all over it. I had to vacuum to reclean it. I called them and they thought it was the rubber backing that was coming off. They offered to come out and look at it a couple of days later. We found stone-like small pieces on the rug that were not made of rubber. We picked, vacuumed and cleaned it. I was not about wait days till they looked at it and then maybe another week if they decided to clean it over again. I wanted my kitchen back together. They did make an offer to remedy the situation, but it would be a dragged out process.

It was very excellent. They did a very good job. Everything was up to expectation.

They arrived on-time, professionally cleaned the carpet areas noted, and were done within a short period of time. The quality of their work was well worth the extra money spent (vs. competitor's quote). We plan on having them return in the next month or two to finish the other rooms in the house.

I requested cleaning service on Friday. Work completed the following Monday am. When I called for the appointment and explained that the cleaning was for an upholstered chair that required cleaning due to soiling by cat urine. The person on the phone advised that cat urine odor was nearly impossible to remove and I likely would not get a satisfactory result from their cleaning. He offered alternative option for me to remove and discard cushion and attempt to clean fabric at a cleaners and replace the cushion. Upon further investigation I found the soiling to be not only on the removable cushion but on the back of the chair as well where there was no removable cushion. Therefore I called Arslanian Bros back and told them that I knew that the cleaning would likely not remove the odor but I felt like this was my only option at this point. This was on a Friday the week before Christmas, the appt was to be for the following Mon. On Monday am I decided to call Arslanian Bros to see if they could also clean by sofa while they were here.The person answering phone indicated that they could do that and to just mention this to the technicians when they arrived. The technicians called prior to their arriving and provided expected time of arrival and came at time stated. The technicians gave me an estimate to clean chair, ottoman and sofa and apply Scothchard for $250. They reiterated the same info about the fact that the cleaning would likely not remove the cat urine odor and that it was one of the hardest odors to remove. They suggested that if the odor remained after the cleaning that I could try to remove and discard cushion and attempt to wash fabric in washer and have new cushion made. The guys were were professional, friendly and worked very quickly. They were here approximately 1 hour. As predicted, the odor remained in the chair and I am in the process of exploring options of having parts of chair reupholstered. But my experience with Arslanian Bros was good and I will definately use them again.

I got a quick response to schedule an appointment during the holiday week. They called to confirm their visit and came exactdly when expeted. I did not hav to anything. They moved all the furniture and the rugs and couch came out beautifully.

I called the day before the scheduled service date to get an approximate time of arrival. We received a call the day of service that the two gentlemen were on their way. They arrived on time and were both professional and businesslike. The job done was excellent. The carpet hadn't been cleaned in over two years and was quite soiled in places. When they finished, all stains were gone. I used the $25 coupon the company provided. I couldn't be happier with the results!

I called about having the rug cleaned--and the company came and picked up the rug on the same day! Wonderful service.

We had a 5'7"x8'8" thick wool oriental carpet that had been on an unfinished basement floor for 18 years. It was, quite frankly, a mess--matted, stained, etc.. We decided that we should see if it could be cleaned, but we hadn't paid much for it originally and we didn't want to invest much into it. We live on the east side and Arslanian Brothers is nearby. They have a cash & carry program that offers a 20% discount if you drop off and pick up area rugs. I gave my husband strict orders not to go over $200 for cleaning and scotchguarding because I knew we could get a decent quality new area rug for about that amount. We were delighted when the quote was for $90! We picked up the rug a week later and it looks brand new. The cream fringe is immaculate and the colors are back to being bright and vibrant. It feel and smells wonderful. I'm so relieved that we now have a great option for cleaning our area rugs. In addition to cleaning the rug, the staff was wonderful, helping unload and re-load the rug, explaining the process, and very friendly.

Tony and Matt did a great job. The thing I like about Arslanian is that the carpet is professionally cleaned and the workers are always polite and efficient. The carpet is not soaking wet and they take care of any isolated spots that are troublesome. We have been using them for years and have always been satisfied.
