+ -1 moreI signed a contract through 3/31/10 which stated refunds would be applied for under 10 plows. They came only three times, all late and had to be called. Excuses given every time they didn't show up. This contract was for a three-family rental, and tenants ended up shoveling the snow. Most importantly, after numerous emails, texts, phone calls asking for refund (which they told me would be $75), I never received it. I even threatened them with a lawyer, Angie's List, Craigslist, etc. UNACCEPTABLE!
