I paid a man named Greg, who claimed to be the owner, 1/2 of the total purchase price to order my carpet & linoleum on 4/8/2014. Installation date was set for the weekend of 4/26/14. I contacted him earlier that week & he said my carpet was in and confirmed installation dates. He called 3 hours prior to install time apologizing that my carpet wasn't in, but was backordered. Much texting back and forth, since he refuses to call me. Three weeks ago, the store closed. I sent him an angry text telling him I was reporting him to BBB & Attorney General. He had a worker, David, call to tell me he was working on getting me a refund from the carpet mill. When I forced the issue & told the gentleman I didn't believe him, he informed me that there was "nothing coming in & nothing going out" of the building and that he was being made to field phone calls from other angry customers. He refused to give me Greg's last name, stating he was told never to give his name out. Apparently the company is owned by Dawn Jura but I don't think she has a finger on the pulse of what is going on there. Greg referred to her as his wife, however I don't think they are married. He told me she was having a hard time since her father passed away and has not worked there since. So, it is 5/30/14. I am still out $1500.00. I have filed reports with the BBB and Ohio Attorney General's office. The BBB website states they have not been able to reach the owner. I am going to contact my friend who is a PI for guidance on how to proceed. This keeps me awake at night because I can't believe people can do this without recourse. It is robbery, plain & simple. He should be in jail. I hope the others come forward. I will not rest until I have my money back.

I will use their services again in the future.
