Pillar To Post Home Inspectors

Ryan arrived early and was waiting for us when we arrived. He took a walk around the outside of the property prior to our arrival, so he already had a good feel of what he was going to be looking at. He was professional, kind, funny and extremely helpful. Answering any and all questions we had while walking through the property and giving his recommendations on what should be fixed straight away. I definitely would use Ryan again in the future. He made the experience very pleasant. Thanks Ryan!

Mr. David Hardy was waiting for us at the appointed time and I accompanied him during the inspection with one exception. The way into the attic crawl space was via a door in the ceiling of the garage and he had to climb up using an extension ladder. I was concerned that the bathroom exhausts were not vented to the outside. They were not, and he took pictures to show me. Mr. Hardy was excellent and very knowledgeable. He emailed me a detailed report complete with photos by the same afternoon. The radon test that I requested required two days to complete, and I had those results by email as well. I would highly recommend him.

He was great, got to house early, looked at things I never would've. He explained everything as he went and really took his time. I feel so much better about buying this house. Knowing that I can always call with any questions or concerns is wonderful. I got the premium package so I'll always know if there's a recall on any of my appliances.

The inspector was on time, explained the process, invited me to shadow him, and systematically reviewed all aspects of the home and yard. He took the time to explain things during the process and took many photos. The report he provided by email two hours later covered all areas and systems of the property.

Ryan did an excellent job. He was prompt, friendly, and professional. As he inspected, he showed me things about the house and talked about what he was doing. When he found things that will need attention, he snapped photos to include in the report. I learned so much about this little house, inside and out, as he discovered many things that I had missed when I did my own little inspection prior to signing the purchase agreement. The report he emailed on the same day exceeded my expectations. It was easy to read with high quality color photographs. The experience with Pillar to Post went great. Ryan was the one who performed our inspection. He was on time and very easy going. Being a first time home-buyer, I had a lot of questions and concerns and he answered them all. He would point out certain things that he would come across, and explain them to me in detail so I could get a better understanding of what needed addressed immediately, and what could wait. I feel as though he did a great job checking over every inch of our new home to make sure he could give us a thorough report. It gives you peace of mind knowing that he is working in your best interests, not the realtors/sellers, to find out what kind of shape your new home is in and what issues need addressed.
