They did a really good job. He took his time. He knew what he was doing. I like the dry wall that kind of work was done really really well. Overall it just turned out great. The least about the service we had to reorder the shower door two or three times to get the right custom fit and I think there was someone had gone on vacation or something I don't know. There was a little issue but they got it right. We just hired him for another bathroom. The prices were good most of it was labor mostly.

This job required the removal of a step-up shower with a glass door and the enlargement of that space to accept rhe roll-in shower. It was necessary to change some plumbing and electricity circuits to accomplish this. It was also necessary to make possible, the use the handicapped toilet during the night. The entire job from estimate to final completion was done in a very professional manner by a friendly and skilled staff.

New bathtub liner and wall surround installed. We also had turnoff valves for water lines installed in basement. Installer was punctual, polite, and worked hard all day to get job finished. Finished product looks great. Initially some water issues encountered from pipes being worked on but that was quickly resolved.

It took approximately 10 weeks for the supplier to provide the parts for the installation, which had actually been promised by six weeks. This, however, was not the fault of JM Clemente, but rather the supplier who apparently was backlogged. However once the parts arrived, the company promptly notified me and we agreed on the installation date. To my surprise, the installer arrived exactly at the time promised--8:30 a.m. Periodically he would explain the work as he did it. He actually went above and beyond because he noticed that I did not have shutoff valves on the pipes for the shower/tub and he installed them at no extra charge. He completed the work in less time than I expected, but I don't feel he rushed anything. He accidentally chipped a bit of paint on an adjoining wall, but this was very minor and I touched it up so it isn't noticeable. I am extremely pleased with the finished product and I recommend this company to anyone considering a similar project.

The process went very smoothly from estimate to job completion. The installer began the job on the scheduled date and completed the job ahead of schedule. The installer demonstrated professionalism and skill throughout the process.

They were very prompt and efficient. I was very pleased with their services.
