Description of Work: They were going to come out and fix the gutters.

Description of Work: Repair the work that another company did in the past. Which was done wrong to our expectations, had the other company decussed that of what and how they were going to repair the peak of my roof I would have put a stop to that before it would have gone this far. Left and came back and seen, never use that company ever again. James is also repairing chimney, motor tucking and replaceing any bad bricks, and repair and do correctly the flashing around the chimney also that should have been done correctly years ago from first roofing company, and putting a front face metal back up which wind some how brought down , see tells me something more of the company who did siding as well. At least I have finally saved enough to meet James and see his work. I have seen his work from a neighbor's house, that is how I came to speaking to him last winter. Just had to wait for the money as well as Spring time, now it is June, but that is because I called him again in May of 2013. Here he is today working still. Need to go check out with binoculars to see how it is going up to now.

Description of Work: Had a roof system put on my house a detached garage and a back shed and a flat rubber roof system over my back porch in 2005. The company that did it has since gone and the shingles being 40 year shingles were supposed to last and he had a 10 year guarantee on the work. Nonetheless, my roof leaks, so I called J&B Spouting & Roofing to fix the leak. He checked it and found the work to be sub-standard and that is why it was leaking. He inspected the whole roof and found some other problems with the ridge vents and could see that the shingles were already warping way before their time because the installer put them on my roof in too hot weather. The rubber flat roof was in stalled totally improperly and was tearing and leaking and needed replaced and installed correctly. The installer also reused old roof vents instead of replacing them with new ones and flashed and roofed around them improperly. J&B gave me two options on fixing these problems. I could could patch everything for one price or fix and replace the bad things for another price. I chose the latter. He has been real friendly, honest, and shows knowledge of what he is doing. I highly recommend this guy to do this work because he knows what he is doing and usually has work to repair shoddy work and do it right.
