+ -1 moreBrandon was hired to do waterproofing at my rental in Oct. 2017 under Howland Masonry Restoration contract. I paid him half the job total (he was given $2,400). Basically he had a GREAT Christmas because he took my money and never did any work. I hired an attorney and we are currently trying to get my money returned to me. I cannot even hire anyone else to do the work since Brandon stole my money. Ongoing from Oct. 2017 to current date Jan. 26, 2018.

Description of Work: Brandon said he would refurbish and extend my building. Constantly calling to have people show up. Always wanting more money and no results. Had to get attorney involved so other contractor could finish job that was not done well. Had to have most of the work redone. Currently in lifigation.

+ -1 moreI would have never believed it was possible! Over time, and especially the last 2 winters, water/ice disintegrated several cinder blocks of our front porch. We were in the market for demolition and a new porch, but when Paul came for an estimate, he saw that it could be repaired - which would save us a lot of money. Paul and his crew were on time, and professional, and kept in touch with us. All debris was removed. we felt good about supporting a small business. And what finally matters is, our porch is better than new! We highly highly recommend Howland Masonry & Restoration

+ -1 moreHe did a good job ~ rebuilt chimney after years it had started coming apart.
Description of Work: Fixed our chimney on top of the roof. Fixed it , showed up on time, finished job same day. I plan on having him back to do another job for me. He came out the day after I called him.
