I am so sorry you were unhappy or very disappointed with my response time. Please try to understand that I work alone with residential and commercial clients and also am a mom of two extremely busy teenagers. I typically follow up promptly with prospective clients using my current and most updated method of communication, which is via my business email and/or phone number that are both currently found in my profile under Company Information. So receiving inbox messages here as well makes it very difficult and next to impossible for the constant need of checking multiple email/inbox sources. I will be following up with Angie's List to see if there is a possibility of forwarding my inbox messages I receive here to my business email. And please know that my slow or lack of response was neither intentional nor the way I conduct business, which can be very easily verified with any of my current or past clients, my reviews here on Angie's List and/or any of my references.
