STYLE TILE

Much of the tile work itself was done well. However, the floors were left covered in grout (I've tiled many times before and know what haze normal haze is), and he refused to clean them. He forgot to cut one of the doors shorter and refused to complete it a fter he was paid, and now I'm left with a door that doesn't fit. The bathroom floor had a huge puddle after he put the toilet back in. Garbage and scrap tile were left around the house after they left. So, I am left with a trashed house, with a door that doesn't fit, with a kitchen floor that I now need to scrub with vinegar to wipe off all of the dried grout, and a bathroom floor covered in water. I am very pleased with his work and highly recommend him. Ken and Matt, his assistant, were professional from the start. His price was fair; the amount of work was extensive and he completed it within the time he stated he would. It is fair to note that I am a perfectionist and over the course of several years of restoring the house I have gotten into the habit of inspecting all work looking for even minor imperfections. Ken's work withstood these daily tests, and I am very pleased with the results. Furthermore, he is extremely neat and clean and swept the house every day before he left. Needless to say, this made the whole process bearable. I also appreciate the professional advice that he gave to me.

I was able to see his work first hand while a project was being done at my friends house. I was able to see how he was able to handle the work schedule in the construction process. I was impressed with the results with his work and hired him to do our tile. He recommended where we should pick out the tile. He picked it up and did a beautiful job.
