Storage buildings unlimited came on June 4th as requested. Mark and his partner went to work right away. I was amazed at their skills and how professional they were. I am now the proud owner of the best looking shed in Newburgh Hts. I would recommend this company to anyone.

If you're looking for a quality built shed, this is the place. Visit one of their sales locations and walk through the inventory on the lot. The units are competitively priced and offer excellent value. Tom at the Euclid sales lot was easy to work with. The installation was scheduled and completed on time. The individual (Bob) who built our unit, on site, was an excellent craftsman. He showed up right on time and completed the unit in one day, even in 90 degree heat. The entire experience from the sales lot to the finished product was excellent. I would highly recommend.

We took advantage of a special through the home and garden show which was in March and had until end of June to get on their calendar. The price for the shed was very reasonable; its all the other stuff that adds up (foundation, clearing the old structure, painting new structure). And, we had to handle all the other stuff. It was a father/son crew that showed up to build the structure on site. They were here by about 8:30 am and done by noon. Worked hard, cleaned up and were on their way. Note that the attached picture was after I finished painting, price of sheds does not include painting or staining.

Overall everything went great. My salesman Al from the Brook Park Rd location was professional and very knowledgeable. Called me multiple times to make sure I was taken care of after our meeting. My builder Bill was not only on time but early. Very professional and did one **** of a job. I would recommend this company to anyone.

This project couldn't have gone any better. The company was extremely easy to work with dealing with Georgeann by phone to select the options, get estimates and arrange the work. My shed had to be built on post and beams due to the hilly terrain in my backyard. 1 person came and dug 6 holes below the frost line and he built a post and beam foundation. The next day, Bob and Bill came with 2 pickup truck loads of lumber and materials and worked nonstop from 10 am to 5:30 pm to build the shed. They knew exactly what they were doing and there wasn't one thing I wished they would have done different. They were excellent! I would use them again and recommend them highly.

The team (two men) who built this were excellent craftsmen, The built this shed in two days under the worst weather imaginable. Fast winds ( over 30 knots ) with falling snow and bitter cold. Yes it was below zero. In two days they had the shed up. Over the past couple of years different things happened to the shed through no fault of anyone except mother nature. Some shingles did not permanently adhere to the roof. I called the main office and a guy shows up and fixes it. My ground in the back yard causes the frame of the shed to go slightly askew. I call and a guy comes and makes the necessary repairs. And just recently my shed door through contraction and expansion starts scraping my ramp. They send a guy to replace the door. Moral of the story. These folks stand 100% behind their product. None of my issues were caused by the construction of the shed but by mother nature, And repairs were made two years later with no questions asked. You can't go wrong by hiring this company. No matter what the weather.

Excellent! I would recommend them and use them again! I am very happy with the looks of the barn. The gentleman that built it did it by himself in six hours! I strongly recommend calling this company first before purchasing a barn from anybody else. You can use my name as a reference if you wish. The two men arrived promptly and began working immediately. They worked 6-1/2 hours taking just a 30 minute lunch break and completed the building. We signed up at the Home and Garden Show and the company stayed in touch during the winter months. Since we decided to have a concrete pad poured we told them we would call when it was completed. We called them on Thursday and they came the following Monday. Since we had the concrete pad poured some work was not necessary and our price was reduced. We highly recommend this company they did a fantastic professional job.

We talked with them at the Home and Garden show and several times after that as we were making our decision. Every time we called it seemed as though we got more information than we called about. Everyone did their very best to make us comfortable. They did not require a signed contract or up front money from us as we agreed on a price verbally. When we were ready they gave us a preliminary date in mid May but then had an opening become available. They called and we quickly accepted it. One man came out and built the shed within 6 hours. We were required to have a city inspector come out after the work was completed. He told us that this work was some of the best he has seen. Needless to say, we felt pretty good about that. Highly recommend these folks as Mark Schooling and his team were a pleasure to work with.

They built it completely on property. We picked the options that we wanted, and they brought all the lumber and everything and built it right on the property for me. They did it in a single day. I haven't had any issues at all.

Darryl the salesman in Lorain Ohio showed us the different model sheds and their options. We chose a 10 x 12 foot ultimate (vinyl siding) classic (style). FYI, their most expensive model. He wrote up our contract and set up a building date ( a week later). The company's front office called me to go over the details of the new shed. I then went to the village hall to get a permit ($30). The morning of the build day I got a call from Mark going over the details of the shed as to make sure all the options were loaded on the truck. About an hour later Mark and his assistant (Andy) began to build the Classic. The weather was horrible. The 20 to 25 mile an hour winds from Canada and across Lake Michigan made standing outside uncomfortable. These two men perservered and built 90% of the shed. Unbelievable ! The next day they returned and completed the job. Their expertise as carpenters is readily apparent when looking at the shed. I would recommend this company to anyone who desires a well built shed for many years to come.

It was a rough start at first. After 25 years of this company building storage barns and garages, there was an initial hold on permit approval because Summit County decided that gambrel roof rafters are now trusses needing stamped drawings approved by a professional engineer. Additionally, the county decided that the twelve holes for the foundation posts needed to be at least 57" deep. Although this was a major headache for the builder and cost a significant amount of time, they took it in stride and didn't complain or add any of the additional costs to my bill. Both the Engineering design stamp for this type of structure and the increased foundation depth were new requirements in Summit County that started with my barn. They used the highest quality materials: I was aware that some of the materials come in different grades and was impressed that the builder chose to use the highest grades of those materials. Additionally, I'm certain the price was at least a couple thousand dollars below what many other barn builders (who might use lower quality materials) charge. Watching the contractor build this structure made it apparent how they do this--professionalism, high energy efficiency and practiced skills made watching this construction look like watching a pit crew at the Daytona 500.

The two men were prompt and very polite. Built the shed on site in one day. Cleaned up and did an exceptional job.

Contacted 5 storage building contractors. We thought Storage Buildings Unlimited had the best design, quality and price. Selected 180 sq. ft. gambrel roof design. Initially dealt with Mark who was very helpful and kind. Totally cooperated with us with what our village building dept. required. We agreed to pay extra if materials needed to be walked to site build due to weather. Mark called to verify appt. 1 day before build and I told him the weather was bad and asked how much extra for transport of materials (about 150 ft.) to build site. Mark cheerfully replied "no extra charge". Fantastic! On day of build, got a call from Travis early to inform me of their arrival. They were on time, friendly, professional. Watched as the entire building went up in 4-1/2 hours, with Tim literally running back and forth with building materials from their truck. Both men worked very hard to complete the job and although we offered them food and drinks, they declined. I've never seen two men more cheerful in their work. The shed looks beautiful. The company does offer painting the shed for an extra charge, but we decided to do the work ourselves. The only caveat is that the paint must be done within 30 days from point of build to receive the full warranty. We are extremely satisfied with Mark, Tim and Travis and will recommend them to all who have a need for a storage building.

I was very happy with them. They did a nice job. They were efficient. They cleaned up. They did a very good job. They have a variety and they were offering some really good deals. I bought the shed and I got a free window and ramp. They upgraded some stuff. They were very competitive on price. They were right on time and got it done in one day. I would use them again.

From our first contact with Zach at the Display site, our relationship with this company was excellent. Zach was very nice and very helpful, explaining the entire process to us. We chose the shed we wanted and ordered with him. He set up an appt for the builder to come and do it. We spoke with him in August, 2013, and the appt was for Sept. 6th. On that date, Mark showed up about 8:45 a.m. with a pickup truck that was loaded with all of the lumber for the 12 x 16 shed. I was very surprised that he was alone. When I asked him if he was going to build this without assistance, he said "yes, I've been doing this for 30 yrs." By 3:00 pm he was FINISHED! He did an amazing job! You could tell that he had 30 years experience. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who wanted a well-built shed done in record time.

Everything went well, shed gets lots of use for garden equipment.

They were awesome and really. I would highly recommend them to anybody who wants their shed rebuilt. They've done a pretty good job. They're a really good company. They didn't cut any corners at all. They had it installed in one day.

I am very happy with the shed install. Bill was on time and worked all day making sure the shed was level and assembled appropriately. He attached shingles to the roof and explained the warranty. I have already referred them to friends.

They were very punctual. They were very on top of things. We had a lot of problems with weather and trying to get it scheduled. They were very flexible in getting it scheduled. The guy who came out to build the shed was remarkable; he never stopped. He tried to work through the rain until the rain got so hard that he had to stop, and then he got right back out there. It came out really nice. It looks really good. We ended up having a problem with it, and they came out today to take care of it. I'm very impressed with them. I was going to build the shed myself, but their price wasn't much more than the price of building it myself.

I placed my order with them after talking to Jarrod at the Cleveland Great Big Home & Garden Show. He was very patient, answering all my questions and offering suggestions, despite that their booth was very busy! When construction time came, we had two rain cancellations. Each time, Steve called as promised and we scheduled a new date. Finally the third try was the charm. My two-man crew of Travis and A.J. called at 8 am, and arrived promptly. They immediately got to work, NEVER STOPPING for breaks or even lunch until the shed was completely finished. My biggest concern was that my backyard is a bit uneven in that location and also slopes a little; however, Travis worked and worked at it until the floor was perfectly level. The construction is top-quality. The little extra cost for the Ultimate model--with vinyl siding--was completely worth it in my book; no paint or stain needed--no more projects for me! The flower box was out of stock on construction day, but it was delivered and installed the next business day. Since it's visible from the street and others' backyards, several of my neighbors have already come over to get a closer look at my new shed. Never did I think I'd be gushing over a tool shed, but I'm totally happy with my decision to go with Storage Buildings Unlimited.

The quality of materials and workmanship was far superior to comparably priced sheds at big name home stores. The installer called before he came, arrived promptly, and cleaned up thoroughly. When I was not happy with the lettering showing on the trim of the door (because I plan to stain instead of paint), they had someone come out and fix it within just a couple days with no problem. My shed looks great!

The crew showed up as scheduled and got right to work. It was obvious from the start that they were an experienced and well practiced team. They finished up in one day and did a great job of cleaning up the job site. When completed the barn was exactly as ordered. This is a fantastic company to work with. The only downside, and this was a very minor issue, was that I had to obtain the building permit and schedule the building inspection myself. Had Storage Buildings Unlimited taken care of this for me it would have been icing on the cake.
