+ -1 moreMy husband and his family signed with Joy Molnar from MSL Reality in one simple meeting. Kept us up to date on everything that was going on and we did the same with her. The sale went through with no problems on either end and both parties were very happy and all of us commend MSL for their professionalism, honestly and general caring about both parties.
Description of Work: Joy Molnar of MSL Reality sold my mother in law's home back in March. She found the perfect homeowners for the property in a fantastic time period. She answered all of our questions and gave us direction on repairs needed and even recommended who could help. I would highly recommend MSL Reality to everyone. We would use them again the future.

She is not only concerned about the home seller, but the home buyer as well and she looks at the needs of both. She tries to be helpful to both sides. She will show us exactly what they are looking for in a house or shows our house to the right people who would be the right fit for it.
Description of Work: We use a real estate agent Joy Molnar from MSL Realty Inc. The last time we used her was about 5 years ago, but we have continuous dealings with her on and off.
