It was a difficult job; blasting an 1850s exterior doorframe and original chimney. They tried a variety of blasting methods in order to scar the wood as little as possible and finally decided to use a heat gun, which worked well ,Shawn and his foreman kept going until I was satisfied with the job. They even stayed an extra day to finish properly.

Shawn and his crew regraded our yard and spread grass seed and straw. I was pleased with the quality of their work and they cleaned up everything afterwards. I highly recommend them.

Communicative and on time

The owner was such an angry person that I could not even have a conversation with him about the low quality of work. He said *just wait until they are finished**. However, parts of the job were finished and he did not even want to look at it with me. At $1,300 a day, I could not afford to **wait and see** with no idea of how many days it would even take! It was a big job and he seemed to always know better than me. He said he was just helping me out! Not at $1,300 a day! I have had a new company come in since and they said they would need to do the work that was said to be finished all over again and that I had paid too much.

Guys were very likable. They respected our home and left the space ad they had found it. Will have to wait for the weather to see if the chimney flashing seal is finally sealed correctly. As it had been done by someone else prior to this.

Grateful for a conscientious contractor who really wants to get it done right whatever the job. Helpful, reliable and I would call on him again.

I am so grateful to have found Shawn and Rick to do our project. Wow! Wow! Wow! We needed grading and a French drain installed on our property. Shawn clearly explained everything he needed to do to complete our job. He was thorough, on time, professional and very kind and trustworthy. He and Rick went above and beyond to help us and even fixed some extra issues just because they are kind, thoughtful and helpful. I highly recommend Montana Jake, LLC and will be calling them for any future jobs. I cannot say enough good things about them.
