Description of Work: Mike removed a drum trap that was leaking and also adjusted my bathtub overflow so that is contoured more with the tub. I think the job went well. Mike gave me a not-to-exceed price of $400, and came in below at $375, which was greatly appreciated. He also recommended a construction contractor to fill in the huge hole in my dining room. The drywall guy took an extra day but that isn't Mike's fault. And, the drywall job looks great. (Drywall guy is not on Angie's list.) I'm glad the whole thing is complete.

Description of Work: Call Mike to see if he was interested in giving me an estimate for installing a second story W/D, moving toilet, replace 2 sink vanity for a 1 sink vanity and replace vinly floor. He said he was interested and gave a time for a estimate. He was late for the estimate, not by much but still late. After inspection he said estimate would be complete by the end of business on 4/13/13. That day came and went without anything. I called on 4/15/13 and got no reply. I can't comment on his work since none was done. All I ask is that be a professional and at least call. Even if your not interested in the job anymore. Don't waste my time. There are plenty of others who will take my money. To bad for him because we have 1 more 1st floor bathroom that needed updating.

Description of Work: We had an urgent plumbing situation (failed pressure valve) and reached out to Mike for help based on the strong reviews on Angie's List. Mike was very quick to respond and essentially rescheduled his day to ensure that he could come out and resolve the issue as quickly as possible to avoid the possibility of a catastrophic failure. Mike was very friendly and professional and addressed all of my questions/concerns. He also advised that an additional repair that was needed was something I could do myself - I appreciated his honesty and concern with keeping my expenses in mind. Definitely will use Mike again and highly recommend his services to others.
