They did a really good job. I was very happy with it. They were clean. I didn't find a whole lot of nails lying around which is important. They're quick, clean and friendly.

They were excellent. The contractors that they employed were the best that I ever worked with. It turned out that I knew a lot of their people. The care with which they handled everything and the way they treated the household pets were outstanding. The pets were a little bit snappy and yuppy and they were able to deal with them. The professional work they did was excellent.

They are very professional and I just like their products. I like the store. I really like Lowe's and I like the store. Their price is just a little bit higher than Home Depo but I like them better because when you go to Lowe's they always ask "May I help you?". There is always someone around. That is why I go there.

The price included materials and labor.

They did a fantastic job and were outstanding. They were very timely and worked with us. He did the work well and the work was good. I will use them again in the future.

The guys who worked with us were very thorough and showed me all the options of the doors. They even offered a discount because my husband is a veteran. Overall, the work went very well.

The young gentleman working the department was probably in high school and told me he didn't remember how to cut shades. He called for help, got so far in the process and had to call for help again. I had to do other shopping so I told him to meet me in the tile department when he was done. He did so and while I was packing up my tile purchase, a young woman came by and asked for the shade back. The guy who helped me before, she said, didn't cut it correctly. Needless to say, the shade was too short when I got it home. Lowe's exchanged it for another shade that they custom cut, but that, too, was too short. It seems as though they estimated too much room for the brackets. We took the shade to the Lowe's store in Streetsboro and they cut it perfectly.
