They are by far the best company I have ever used. Mike was honest about what was wrong with my furnace and went out of his way to get it fix right away! When he came back with the part he cleaned the furnace as well. He took the time to look for potential duct work to be moved for us and didn’t tell us we would have to call for another service call. Amazing company, fast, honest and very reasonable price! Thank you mike for all your hard work 😊 We will not go with anyone else but mike.

My furnace wouldn't come on Thanksgiving morning, but then started on its own about 3 hours later and ran fine thereafter.. I wanted someone to come out and evaluate it, and do maintenance so I wouldn't have to worry about it again through the winter. Jimmy and his helper did what I asked, and explained what they were doing and why. The furnace is over 30 years old, and I know it will have to be replaced. But I was impressed that there were no high pressure tactics to immediately purchase a new furnace. And I have peace of mind knowing that the heat exchanger is not cracked, and not emitting carbon monoxide throughout my house. I would recommend this company.

Our furnace died a few years ago (oil) and we decided to convert to a heat pump. We had a and quot;friend of a friendand quot; that was originally going to do this for us. After about three months and and losing a couple hundred dollars to this and quot;friendand quot;, we had to find someone else. Needless to say I wasn't in a good mood about the whole situation and kind of got off on a rocky start with Mike, but all worked out well and they installed our new heat pump in no time. Would definitely recommend them and will always use them.

They installed the furnace, adjusted the plenum , no surprises! cleaned out all the old stuff , and left me happy and warm.

Kimmel has bee an outstanding HVAC company for us. Whenever we have a problem - weekends included - they're at our house within 30 minutes to help. This included the initial furnace install in 2010 and any needs we've had since then. After the install there was a venting problem that was related to the original venting that Ryan Homes put house. Kimmel stopped by several times and made adjustments until everything was working perfectly.

They were on time, professional, courteous, and finished in expected amount of time. They removed and took away old furnace, cleaned up the work area when they were done. I couldn't have asked for a better job. Two years ago they installed an air conditioner unit for me also and that is why I called them again for an estimate. I got several estimates and Kimmel was within the fairest range. They install the best reviewed furnaces my husband could find online consumer reviews.

My A/C began making a loud noise - turns out it was the ball bearing in the blower motor. I had a home warranty which paid all but $50 deductible and I purchased a $40 furnace filter. Kimmel made time for me in their schedule, came out as promised, the technician slipped some covers on his shoes to protect my carpet. He was very knowledgable and professional and was patient explaining to me how he knew what was causing the noise. I would use Kimmel again and I would gladly recommend them to family and

My parents have used Kimmel Heating and Air for years - always with a good report.. The woman who took my initial phone call was very friendly and scheduled me to suit my needs with work. She said the worker would show up in between 8 and 10 a.m. The young man who showed up around 8:35, was very cordial, polite and professional. He was done in about an hour with no problems. I am extremely satisfied with Kimmel's service and work.
