Horrible. He was recommended by Jenn-Air to replace the condenser that went back. This was a warranty repair. In the process of repairing the refrigerator, he damaged my wood floor as well as put dents in the refrigerator door. Even though I had given him a large piece of heavy cardboard to slide the refrigerator onto, he pulled out the refrigerator and only put a blanket under it, which of course bunched up and was useless. After he pulled the refrigerator out, he then hit the door into the corner of my kitchen island, putting three dents on the door. Mind you, our house was only five years old and we had a big kitchen with high-end appliances. He had plenty of room to work in - he was just careless and sloppy. Ended up having to take him to court to be compensated for the damage to my floor and refrigerator that he caused. A repairman with as much experience as he purported to have should have known how to move appliances on difference surfaces - he obviously had no idea how to move a heavy appliance on a wood floor, and was very careless in causing dents on my refrigerator door. Would never recommend or use him.

GEIG'S MAYTAG HOME APPLIANCE Geig's Maytag Home Appliance, is really terrific, he is just wonderful! When he comes in he puts these little booties on so he doesn't track dirt around on your carpet. The cost always varies depending on what he does but, his fees are extraordinarily reasonable. The work he did was a two step process the time before last he looked at my refrigerator, fixed it and said it was a really old refrigerator from the 70's and this repair isn't really going to do much for you and that I should think about getting a newer refrigerator. Then he came back again when the repair had stop working and told me he was really sorry, he knew how much I loved that refrigerator but, the part you need isn't made anymore and hasn't been made in 25 years so, you have to get a new refrigerator. He recommended the people we go to. He still repairs all my appliances, the washer, dryer, stove, microwave and dishwasher too. He is amazing and we have been using him for about 23 years. He is a very ethical person, so intelligent, knowledgeable, and you get the feeling that fixing things and relating to people comes first and price is second. He is really rare and I use him all the time.

We did enjoy their services. They did a good job. It went very well. They were able to figure out what it was very quickly. They had to order a part. He did what he could to make sure that it would work in the meantime. He just tightened the door enough so that it wouldn't leak anymore until he got the new seal. He came and put it on as soon as he got it. They were great on responsiveness.
