+ -1 moreWe thought he did an excellent job...He found alot of major things wrong (septic, raccoons in the attic, previous fire, etc ) and stopped midway to see if we wanted him to continue...He found good things too. This was a first home purchase and he taught my son alot in looking for a home...My son withdrew the offer and we got a discounted rate from the inspector...The radon was extremely high in the lower lever also...He arrived early and took many pictures to show us what was happening with this house...He was very friendly and helpful....
Description of Work: He did a Home Inspection for a house my son was planning on purchasing...We we there to see if there were major problems which there was..
