+ 0 moreJob was completed, however pipe was damaged (large chunk broken) and covered up during the work unbeknownst to us. This caused a slow leak and 6 months later mild was discovered in basement ceiling.
Description of Work: Hired to lower the toilet flange by cutting it down.

+ -1 moreNever completed work. Does not return phone calls or respond to emails, lied about what work needed to be done, demanded to be paid before completing the job. Checked with state to see if he was licensed and they do not have any record. Should have checked before using him.
Description of Work: Was contracted to do repair work in basement. Provided estimate, changed estimate increasing price ten times.
