Duke's Sanitary Service Inc

I've never had to handle anything like this and didn't know the first thing about it. Everyone at Duke's was extremely helpful, from the person who answered the phone in the office, to the guys that came out to do the job. I had a lot of questions to ask the guys who came out to do the job, such as how big is my tank, how often do I have to have it pumped, etc. They patiently answered every question, explained the process and explained how often I should have it pumped out. They explained how the system worked, and didn't make me feel like I was some kind of idiot. They were extremely polite, very professional, and were done within 1/2 hour. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for sanitation services and will definitely use them again.
