While we have no problem with Grant, he is a nice person, but out of 11 windows his company installed, 4 donâ  t close properly, and 1 the vapor seal is broken & the window is all steamed up. We have called Grant 3 or 4 times over the past couple years, heâ  s come out, checked windows and promised to take care of them. He has not returned and these windows are leaking cold air. We are not very disappointed because we expected better service from him.

i hired grant turner president of northcoast builders for a new roof, aluminum siding and gutters. we had to battle mother natures storms, but in the end our home looks beautiful. grant was always available - i never got to voice mail when i called him, because he always answered the phone. i would highly recommend him for any job he offers to the community writ large!

They ordered material and came out and did the job in a timely manner. Sided entire house with Alside Pelican Bay One vinyl shake look siding. Aluminized rake boards and door frames, installed vinyl soffit covering. They also replaced 2 double hung windows and 1 6 Patio door. House looks very good and is maintenance free. Grant and his crew replaced our son's roof a few months ago and he was very pleased with the price and the work. When Grant came out to give us an estimate, his price was much better than others we had obtained. Since our son was so pleased with his work, we thought we'd give him a try. The crew showed up when promised and worked every day until the job was complete, even in adverse weather. They did a fantastic job, even doing a few "extra" things for us like hanging shutters and window boxes. The house looks great! Grant and the crew were great to work with! We couldn't be happier with the results. We would highly recommend them.

I had originally called to get an estimate on having my house painted, but it was suggested I see what it would cost to have it sided. I was a little nervous. I got a couple of quotes and I was very pleasantly surprised at how affordable and competitive my estimate from Grant was, and signed on the spot. I am even more pleased now that the job is done, and my 100 year old house looks wonderful! Grant is very personable and easy to work with, and kept me informed and updated both prior to starting the job and during installation, either calling or stopping by at the end of the work day. Joe and the rest of the crew were professional, did great work, asked questions when needed to make sure things were done how I wanted, and everything was cleaned up nicely when they were done. I will definitely use North Coast Builders for any future projects!

Grant, Joe, Vito, Spanky and the boys are professional and detail-oriented. They go above and beyond to assure that things are done safely and correctly. This is the second time I hired Grant and his crew for exterior improvements. I hired them to install oversized gutters on my house a little over a year ago. This spring we decided to replace our old faded aluminum siding with beautiful vinyl siding and no maintenance trim and eaves. Stormy weather held project up a couple of extra weeks but the end result was an almost new looking house. Couldn't be happier with the quality of materials and workmanship of the crew.

Very Professional, Very Polite, Very Quick and addressed the last roofers errors and correctly installed the proper ridge vent and saw that they also blocked the air flow- causing the sweating and rotting of the wood under the shingles. I Totally Trust North Coast Builders And Will Use Them Again!!! Grant Has A Great Crew Working With Him!! Highly Recommended!!

We hired Grant and his crew because of the reputation and the knowledge he showed when we met with him. Most contractors try to talk you INTO more expensive repairs but Grant was genuine in telling us that parts of our siding were still in great shape and could be left if we liked and it would help the cost of the project. He was very knowledgable, proud of his company and all they do (as he should be) and very concerned about what the customer wants and how to get them the best project at a reasonable cost. We will be having him back out to replace a few windows once the weather is better. I will recommend him to everyone I know. It doesn't look like we just got new siding put on, it looks like we bought a new house! Very thankful to have found Grant and his crew, they were wonderful! His crew leader, Joe made it a point to get out of his truck, even though he was ready to leave for the day, and come introduce himself to me when I came home one evening and walk me around the house to give me an update on their progress. VERY PLEASED WITH HIS COMPANY.

North Coast Builders lived up to the countless good reviews. The owner Grant was a pleasure to work with: he really takes his time to give you a detailed estimate and is highly organized. There's of course nothing bad I can say about the work done, the house is completely transformed. I wasn't home while most of the work was being done but many of my neighbors praised the crew for how friendly and detailed oriented they were. I would absolutely hire them again.

We had a fantastic experience with North Coat Builders! The owner Grant was professional, receptive, and always available for our questions and concerns. The crew was courteous, and the job was done very well. The job site was cleaned up very well, and the siding on our house looks amazing! We have people stop while driving by to tell us how great it looks. North Coast Builders also replaced two door and two windows for us that another company we had hired (on Home Advisor) had dropped the ball on.
