G & C Quality Air Care, Inc is a full service heating and air conditioning company that has been providing superior customer service to Sandusky, Lorain County and Cleveland area for over 12 years. We are a family owned and operated company that treats your home just like it was our own. All of our installations and service work is done by us and not subcontracted out. All of our employees are drug tested and a criminal background check is done to assure you that the technicians or installers entering your home are ones that you can trust and feel comfortable with. All of our technicians/installers are also required to wear protective shoe coverings upon entering your home to protect the integrity of your home. We currently employee 3 service techs and 4 installers, with an office staff of 2 to assist all your needs. We are licensed by the state of Ohio with our license # being OHLIC#38207. We are also fully insured and bonded. Information regarding our service fees are as follows. During regular service hours 8am-7pm Mon-Fri our diagnostic fee is $79.00. From 7pm-12am Mon-Fri our diagnostic fee is $92.00. From 12am-7am Mon-Fri our diagnostic fee is $110.00. Sat diagnostic fees are $79.00 from 8am-12pm. Diagnostic fees for Sat after 12pm and Sun are $110.00. Our company operates on a flat rate pricing system for repairs that takes the guess work out of the cost to you. Once the technician is able to diagnose the problem, you will then be quoted an upfront price for the repair with no guessing about an hourly rate. All of our work is backed by a 100% money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your service. Also, all of our installations come with a 1 year 100% money back guarantee as well. All Angie list members receive a one time 15% discount on any repair bill(additional and continued discounts available through annual preventative maintenance plans), a $250.00 discount on a single furnace or air conditioning replacement, or $500.00 on a complete system.
