service guys were very friendly, efficient and careful. They cleaned up after each step, and explained how things worked on a level us over 65 could understand. There was a problem and they came back to check it out. The problem was in a factory part. They fixed it right away so we would be comfortable in warmer weather.

I was very pleased with the work the crew did and the timely installation on short notice in replacing my 21 year old system.

Extremely professional, show up when they say they will. No issues with personnel or quality of service, original install was about 10 years ago, but we have our equipment serviced with PM regularly.

It went well. They had a small issue with the thermostat connecting but made sure the issue was resolved before they left.

Didn't resolve the issues/after 400.00 dollar's paid

It went very well, they arrived on time, were very professional, and performed a thorough maintenance check up of my central air conditioning and furnace.

The only negative was the venting through our downstairs coat closet to the upstairs. I don’t think it was explained very well. The hole in the floor was in the middle of the room. I’m sure it could have been done better and off to the side of the room.

We called on Logan to replace our aging, 26-year-old furnace and AC given we were completely satisfied with Logan performance at other property 2 years ago. So, I asked if Craig could, once again, come to our house to go through options and estimate. Once we agreed on the Trane system and capacity based on his rationale (and cost of course), I asked if The Dave's (father & son team) could perform the installation given they installed the Trane HVAC system at our other property. We can't be more satisfied with the installation done in less than a day and especially given the challenge of working in the basement and routing the high-efficiency flue venting to an outside wall. We also received a little on-the-job training to operate the thermostat. Not rocket science, but thermostats do tend to be more sophisticated these days. In addition, Logan took care of all the paperwork associated with DP&L and Vectren rebates programs; we already received the checks. We highly recommend Logan A/C & Heat Services if you need HVAC repair or replacement.

I put in a whole new HVAC Trane system 2 years ago, and signed up the the twice a year maintenance program. So far, the technicians who come to inspect and examine both the heating and cooling systems have been very competent and thorough. Yesterday, Dave Seible was my technician and he was great. He also had filters available, so I bought those too. Very good and professional operation.
