Our notes indicate that we spoke with your husband back in November; he informed us that he wanted a contractor to install a furnace that he previously purchased. Unfortunately, we are unable to install equipment that we do not sell, so we informed him of that during that call. Our system doesn't show that we ever scheduled an appointment to provide an estimate, let alone set up a furnace installation. Is it possible that you are confusing us for another company? We hope that you are able to find another contractor to help you with this project, and we wish you the best with your home comfort needs.
