Spent $15k on new furnace and a/c….large differential in temperature in one wing of home. Also, Wanted a large thermostat and sales person intentionally misled me…then wanted to charge me $500 to upgrade to the larger one after install and full payment. They have a weird arrangement with installers based on job completion incentivized to rush through…cut of some of the return area and had guys come back out. Sales folks will make you feel warm and cozy but likely your home will not after completion.

Service man work past his quitting time to get my service call finished, due to the prior call had some issues crop up. This the second time I’ve had this fellow and always happy with service. I have my A/C, heating unit clean almost yearly by Logans

Everything went well for our new units that were replaced and the installers were real troopers they stayed late to finish the job and make sure we nice and cool. Service guys are great when we had an issue with leakage. They charged the system to keep us coll untill the new part came in.

We have been a customer of Logan Services for over 20 years, alway great service. We recently had our furnace and air conditioner replaced and are quite pleased with the new units. The installers( Bobby Frye and Trent C.) were very professional and thorough during the entire installation.
