Installers showed up 1/2 hour early and finished about 1/2 hour later than expected. They were very polite and did a great job. The clean-up was surprising. Couldn't even tell that they had been there. The only issue was the placement of the humidifier sensor. Directions were not followed as it was placed too close to the furnace exhaust. Installer came back out same day call was placed and moved sensor. No issues since.
Description of Work: Had furnace replaced. Added electronic air cleaner and humidifier. Work was contracted through Home Depot Home Services.

The work took several days longer than the original estimate. The workers were polite and kept us informed as they completed the project. Our air handler was in the attic which made the job much more difficult because of the heat. The workers cleaned everything up. The company called and kept in contact after the job was completed.

They were very prompt and courteous. A couple of days after they came, I had a problem with my furnace and they came back three days later to re-service it and everything has been fine since. They were also very clean.

The technician showed up on time and took time to explain things as he checked out our unit. He did not find anything wrong other than needing a recharge. He estimated we needed 2 pound but he only used 1 and only charged us for 1 pound. Overall he was polite, honest, and friendly.

THEY RESPONDED TO OUR CALL RIGHT AWAY. FIRSTLY, ONE MAN INSTALLED A NEW PART AND IT WORKED, SO HE WENT HOME FOR THE NIGHT. IT WENT OUT AGAIN SO THE BOSS CAME OUT TEN MINUTES LATER AND INSTALLED THE PART CORRECTLY. VERY GOOD PRICE FOR TWO VISITS.
