Everything was fine with them. We have been using them for several years. They are trustworthy and a good company to work with. They do quality work but their price is a little higher than some of the others.

There was nothing that I disliked about them. They were very prompt and courteous. They were here when they said and did what they said. I have nothing but good stuff to say about them.

They are very reliable and they always do a good job. I’ve used them for years.

I think they provided a reasonable price and reasonable follow up service that was included in the price. Their technicians were knowledgeable and cleaned up pretty well. They also explained everything pretty well. I like the promptness of their reply, their price and their service. There might have been an issue about them taking some additional cost off of the price because of their signup that they wanted to stick out in the yard. There was just some disparity between the technician who was finalizing everything and the sales person. I think that my wife just made a phone call to the sales person and the technician took off the extra $100 or $150.

I had a good experience with them. The guy who owns the business is Kenny Adams. He came out, did my assessment and gave me the estimate. Then his son-in-law actually came out and installed it. He was very responsive and it was very comfortable to work with him. It was a good fit for me is what I thought. I had three different companies come out but I went with Adams based on price and other references I got. The furnace is still working fine.

The A/C and furnace were installed in an outstanding manner by Logan. However the furnace did not work properly. Logan troubleshot the system and fixed the problem professionally. The only area that was not performed professionally was the "Duct Cleaning". The gentleman did not clean up after the job was done and he rested the vacuum hose on a chair, soiling the chair. I would not purchase duct cleaning from this company in the future. I would purchase AC and furnace again.

We would recommend them enthusiastically. They did great work. We would use them again.

It took the crew three days to remove the old unit and install the new one, this included a furnace and a/c. I wanted the a/c moved to a new location so this took some time. The install crew was great they listened to my concerns about placing the new a/c unit and it appears they did a great job. I am giving a "C" in quality however and a "B" overall as when they were done the furnace doors would not stay on. It appears the funace sheet metal is not square and this is preventing the doors from latching on correctly. Waiting on the service department to come and look at this. If the company (Logan) is getting defective products or poorly constructed products from Trane they should consider other suppliers.

The workers did a good job. They were punctual and were able to explain everything sufficiently. Their advertised discounts are a little vague. You don't really know what you'll save until the estimate is complete.

Logan's called me & asked if they could start a day early which was fine with me. They arrived on time & put down their own sheets to cover my carpet while they were working. They made sure that they kept their work site clean & the outside clean. The Logan team was extremely pleasant and always took the time to answer our questions-no matter how stupid it might have seemed to them. They finished the job in one day-a long day mind you but regardless in one day. They had to come back to put some sort of cover over the wires/pipes running outside to the a/c unit. I think they could have done a wee bit better of a job outside on the cosmetic end but all in all, felt it a small problem & not worth worrying about. When they left, the house was clean, furnace room clean, carpet clean and outside was clean.

I turned my AC on for the first time this spring and it wasn't cooling. The home's previous owner had Logan install the unit in 2009 so I called them to service/repair it. The tech was very nice. He called me about 15 minutes before arriving at my house so I had time to leave work and get back to the house. I explained the situation and he inspected the unit in the house before moving outside to check the unit out there. The main problem was a fuse on the box by the exterior unit. He explained what happened and told me how I could fix it myself in the future (great info for a new homeowner.) I also found out that the filters I currently use are too good for the unit I have. He recommended getting a filter with less compact fibers which is a better choice for the unit that I have in my house. This was also great info to know since I always went for the best and most expensive type available at the store assuming it was the best one to use. Found out they just make my unit work harder. Definitely going to make a change the next time I buy filters. I used a coupon from Angie's List and also chose to buy the special they had running at the time so I could have them come back in the fall to service the furnace at no cost. Overall I was very happy with the level of service.

I have a contract with them to come out twice a year and I also get a discount when I need work done. They are friendly, they are prompt, and they send me a reminder when it is time to come out and check it. I like that they give me a two hour window.

It went very well, I was highly impressed. I now have very low bills. Every person involved was perfect.

I really liked that they were very informative. They helped me find a good energy efficient system. They are very concerned with maintaining the equipment so that the system lasts long.

I've used them many times, they are very good. Earlier this year they replaced my AC too. They are very professional, always on time and the quality of the work is very good. I've never had to have them come out and redo anything. The price for the AC install also included my furnace winterization.

They?ve done work for us before to repair our appliances and we like the way that they work. They are prompt and their repairmen are very competent. They are reasonable, they are reliable, and they have a good reputation. Their prices are fair.

Installers were ontime and got right to work, they did a very through job and made sure everything was working correctly and cleaned up when they left.

The work went well from the work to get the vent from an interior lower level room through the 2nd story with installation of a new PVC flue. I observed the roofer and he did an outstanding job installing the system on our 43 degree pitch roof. They install the furnace and A/C and other accessories in 1.5 days vs the 2 projected. Although they had to come back and adjust the Cleaneffects air cleaner, they were prompt and courteous. The reason for selecting Logan was multifaceted; they had provided service on our older furnace, they bid a price significantly less than the competition, Trane had a good reputation overall, but our research did indicate that the cleaneffects may not be the top rated model over time. Despite this issue the overall package was head and shoulders above the rest. The installation was exceptionally well done and I would recommend them as a top notch Heating and A/C company.

They do a great job. Their price was good. I would continue to use them in the future.

They failed to convert the water and other components correctly. Every time they turn the gas on for me, they don't turn on components. I recently called them about my thermostat not holding the temperature correctly, it took them several visits and they finally told me not to call them again. Finally my furnace shut down and it was cold in my house. They did replace my thermostat, but he was very angry.
