Not well, had to call another service in order to avoid huge charge for a minor item.

They were fine and I had no complaints about them. The quality was good.

Air Conditioning went out during 4th of July Heat wave 2012. Called several companies on Agies list and based on nieghbor recomendations, Logan was the only company that responded promptly, most other companies were too busy to come out right away. Logan came out and confirmed my suspician that my 17 year old air conditioner unit was broken and the estimate to repair would be only slightly less than a replacement (American Standard)...my research with Consumer reports and the internet gave me to expect that diagnosis based on the age of the unit, I was about three years past the average service life and still using the old refrigerent so it would be expensive and inefficient to repair, opted to replace both the AC and furnace. We agreed o unit and pricing and scheduled the work, but this was a heat wave and like everyone else they were very busy so it would be about 5 days before they could do the work (4th of July holiday in the middle). The salesman left me with a window air conditioner which at least kept the house partially liveable while we waited...I appreciated it. The crew arrived promptly on the scheduled day at 8 AM and very efficiently worked removing my American Standard unit and replacing with a Trane unit. The good news is that Trane and American Standard are pretty much the same comapny so the furnace unit was slipped out from the ducting and the Trane unit fit very comfortably in the newly vacant area with minimum duct work altreration making the overall job go very quickly...the installers remarked that this had been one of their easiest installs in a while. They were cleaned up, everything tested and working, the house rapidly cooling down by about 2PM. Everything worked fine the house stayed cool for the rest of the summer and when the heating season started the heater worked fine. The house has been warm and toasty this winter. The big surprise and best reason I can recommend Logan was the phone call I got a couple weeks ago asking to come out and do a followup on the furnace...since installed in the Summer they can not really do a thorough furnace check out so they offered to come out and do a complete system check at no additional cost to me, they arrive promptly at our appointment time and check the entire system...I appreciate good service and companies that do no drop their customers as soon as they get paid when it comes to major services...I appreciate Logan AC & Heat Services. I highly recommend if you need this type of Service...a side note, my nieghbor got a referral check from Logan when I told them he had recommended them as a result of their service a year earlier.

An awful experience. They were so angry at the mman who sent them here that the took it out on us. It was a very difficult job, but we had nothing to do with the decision that it could be done. They also used our entry into the attic for the a/c unit & didn't tell us that it was illegal not to have one. The inspector told us. We will never have them again. These same two installed my son's wrong & they had to have it replaced.

It seemed like it would take some time to get the estimate. I went with someone who could give me a fair estimate. It almost seemed like they weren’t interested in the job.

They did an exceptional job. When they came back out to do duct cleaning, one of the return was loose and they were here to just duct clean and they totally fixed that. They were just amazing. They were very efficient and friendly. They answered any questions that we had. They worked in a timely manner. They worked on Saturday. They showed how to use the programmable furnace.

We were fairly impressed with the company itself, they did a very good and clean installation. The system has been functioning perfectly since the installation a few months ago, and I have nothing really negative to say about them.

Showed up on time and was very polite. Notified me of some caramel that was in the register and let me get it cleaned out before he blew air into it and it got every where.

The workers were very professional and completed the job on time. They were very conscientious of keeping the doors closed to prevent my dogs from escaping. I hardly knew they were here as they kept very busy and worked dilligently.

Called Logan's Sunday afternoon about my air conditioning system failure. I was advised there would be a $139 weekend surcharge for weekend service. I agreed to pay the charge. The dispatcher said the technician would call me. The technician called within 30 minutes. He had finished a job north of Dayton and I was south of Dayton. I explained the symptoms and he knew what the problem was and had the correct part. He said he would arrive in 1 hour. He actually arrived 59 minutes later. He tested the system and replaced the capacitor and restarted the system within 15 minutes. He also checked the system pressures and then showed me how to clean the coils. Total time of site was about 30 minutes. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable of A/C systems. I definitely will use Logan's again and recommend them to other people.

The installers arrived on time about 8:30, asked some specific questions about how I would like things done, like the roof pipe placement and then GOT TO WORK. They were done in less than 5 hours. They cleaned things up after themselves and all is well.Side story: My AC was 19 years old and had gone out, prompting my search. I knew that I would be investing in a new system soon so I was not surprised when it quit. Then the HEAT WAVE hit, so I began to do some trouble shooting on the old system (I am in the electronics business). Called my estimator and asked if he could get me a 5/35uf capacitor to get up and running until the install...he dropped it by the house and I stayed comfortable until the installation date - they have my business for life! I have an emergency HEAT WAVE service call happy ending tale from a friend regarding Logan's too...these guys ROCK!

It was not a good experience. The salesman came out and gave me the price, and I decided to go along with the unit. As he was taking measurements he said the job would be no problem. When it came time to put the unit in, they told me they have to take down the hot-water heater, but they cant put it back together, we need to bring someone else to put it back together. They said it wont cost me much. Then they told me to find one else to fix the water heater. They installed the A/C unit, but left me with out cold water for 2 days. The workers that they brought out could not make the decision to help The people They did not meet the 1 day service deal. There was no warning that there would be an additional charge to put my water-heater back together. I feel that he had no right to take the water heater down, and not put it back up. Another repair representative came from a different town, and charged me $95 to put the water heater back up. I felt like they took advantage of me. Logan was unfriendly, and unwilling to work with me. I feel like they did not give me fair advice, and enough information on the job. They actually had to come back a second time to properly install the A/C unit, because they did not put in a grounding wire. I should have been told about the problem in advance. If they tell you someone else has to put a unit back together. Say NO.

They did a very nice job. They worked quickly and completed the job in one day.

The service man was a great representative of Logan's and suggested ways for us to save costs and checked out the rest of the system to make sure it was functioning correctly.

Their prices are competitive. Their service technicians are by far one of the best in this area that I have ever used. They make the company what they are. I have used them for years and will continue to use them in the future.

After finishing the cleaning, they turned on the fan and heard a rattling, they were determined to find the cause and removed a filter that had fallen into a nearly inaccessible spot. Then they were satisfied. Good job, nice guys, very professional. We'd been living with that rattle for years, thought it was just the way the system sounded.

They really cleaned up good. They took away the old furnace. They did a really good job. We had small issues, but this is a 50 year old home. They did as I expected. I would highly recommend them. They just came out to do their winter checkup. We have a system that you can run the fan at any time. It is supposed to be energy effective, but it is not.

It went very well - very easily for me. The workmen were on time, made no mess even when they had to haul the old material outside. As I recall it took less than a day and they cleaned up the area. My regret is that I did no research or comparison shopping although I had been considering the furnace replacement for several years and had discussed alternatives and experiences with several of my friends. I also did not consider the more expensive alternatives of very new environmentally helpful systems which I probably should have.
