The service was fine. They tried to sell me a new system a couple of years ago when I really didn't need one at all. My furnace was 6 or 7 years old. They were a little pushy. My interaction with them was good. They've done good work for me. They should not try to sell something when someone doesn't need it. Their price was average. I continue to use them.

He did an awesome job! He arrived on time and finished in time as well. He took the time to show me how everything works and gave maintenance tips as well. We are extremely satisfied with the service and product! I would highly recommend them!

Excellent! After inspecting our very old and outdated unit we discovered that the previous owner made a lot of "in home repairs" that were not exactly appropriate for the home. It would have been very expensive and time consuming to repair our unit. They worked with us to work out a finance plan to fund a new unit. They also worker with DP&L and Vectren to get rebates to help with this cost. They worked with us to get the replacement installed asap. The tech who diagnosed our issue even lent us a window unit to help cool the home until they could get the new unit installed. No other company would have went out of their way. The installation took a day. Once completed they made sure that I was comfortable with how to operate the unit and satisfied with the new system. They took pride in their work and respected me and my home in the process. I have nothing but amazing things to say for this company. I will use them for all of my future heating and cooling needs.

and professional. The person who came and gave me nan estimate was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He took pictures, measurements, and explained all of the options available to me. He did not recommend the highest price options, but directed me towards the comfort of the system. The installers were the most helpful and least intrusive of service people I have ever had in my home. Again they were knowledgable and efficient. The promise was to be at my home between 9 and 9:30, and they met that time frame. They promised to be done by 6, and were done by 5. It was not an easy installation, as the original installer had made some short cuts. The finished product was as promised, and the unit is working very well. I am told that Logan is the largest Trane dealer in the U.S. Son't hesitate to use them. You won't be disappointed

They did the central air and heating. The experience was very good. They were just friendly and not uptight. They answered my questions and they seemed very nice. They did a good job cleaning up.

We have used their services for nine years since they installed it. They send discounted offers in the mail which we usually take advantage of. We have never had any major problems with the system. For scheduling, they provide a window of time for the appointment and the technician calls before arriving. They have always done good work.

l The technicians arrived as scheduled and promptly started his review of our heat pump system. The technicians were personable and answered all the questions we had during his inspection. During the inspections a low charge in the compressor, the technicians took the time to explain the fees related to a recharge and other options we need to consider because we might have a possible coolant leak.

Logan's was great from beginning to end! Our heat went out on a Sunday evening. We submitted a request online that night, and received a call by 9:00 a.m. the next morning. We received a consultation the same day and installation of a completely new system the next day! The gentleman who completed the consultation was very knowledgeable and did what he could to provide emergency heat until the next day installation. The installation was smooth, and Mike, Mike and Derek were all great! The crew provided great information, were very courteous and respectful, and were sure to clean up before they left. Could not have been a more smooth transaction and I would recommend without hesitation!

I was happy with them. They did a good job putting the furnace in and cleaned up. They did not exceed the price that they quoted me and there were no extras involved. Everything has been functional since then. The price was competitive with all the quotes that I got.

The representative that came out to give an estimate was prompt, courteous, and professional. From my initial contact to the final installation, the staff I spoke with were wonderful. They were nice, helpful, and explained everything they needed to do very clearly. They gave us the best estimate and their installers did a beautiful job. They were on time, cleaned up very well, had all of the permits they needed, and passed the following inspection with flying colors. They are a great company that I have recommended to others. When I heard back about them, my friends were very pleased also.

They showed up promptly. It took two days to complete the job, but they told us that was possible. They were very nice and explained things pretty well. There was a problem after they left, but after I called, they were where here to fix it within two hours.

At one point during the installation there was some concern about a problem in the floor with the duct work. They called out a supervisor to come look at it and confirm what they needed to do. It did cause more work, but they fixed it correctly so that I do not have problems in the future. And, they explained it all to me in detail. Also, so far my air conditioning bill has been cut in half! What I am saving on my monthly utility bill is making my monthly payment. Obviously, I am extremely happy about that!

On Saturday, the day of installation, I found that the HVAC system installed was not the system I told the salesman I wanted. Also, the dehumidifier that was installed, had venting that restricted opening my dryer and getting to my salt container for my water softener. The pictures I was shown did not show ductwork. I wanted a XLI unit and got an XLR. Although I had a list of what I wanted the salesman wrote another system down and I did not catch it. It was the old ?Bait and Switch? tactic. I had bought a Trane before and had wanted the same unit with the covered top and the extra insulation for a quiet unit. All quotes I had gotten were on the XLI unit. The brochures I had were of the XLI. Emails I wrote to the Logan?s salesman were about the XLI system. The day of the installation I was told I had to sign the purchase order (hadn?t done that on the day of order). At that time I noticed my signature was signed for me by someone else on the Home Depot credit card authorization. I was told to call the salesman on Monday. Sunday after returning home from being gone I found the installer had not replaced the water softner hose in the drain and while I was away my laundry room was flooded with water. I reported this to the salesman and sales manager and it was never addressed. On Monday I called the salesman and he said this was an installation problem. The installation manager called and said it was a sales manager problem. At this point I called Logans and requested a copy of all my paperwork. On Friday when I arrived at Logans to pick up the paperwork, I was greeted by the sales manager and taken to a conference room where the salesman was sitting. I was unprepared for the meeting and felt once again I was being manipulated. They offered to upgrade the dehumidifier but I was told I had to keep the XLR model. It was at this meeting I learned the salesman had forged my name to the credit authorization for Home Depot. The next week I wrote the sales manager at Logans and complained about the noise of the unit that was installed and the fact I did not get what I thought I had paid for. The sales manager came to my house with a technician. They could not find anything wrong. I once again spoke to him about the fact that I paid for a XLI unit and got a cheaper XLR unit. He refused to make things right until I produced emails to Logan?s salesman. The sales manager then said he would talk to the owner about changing out my unit. Logan?s finally agreed to replace the outdoor unit but charged me an additional $225 to do so. On the day they came to change out the unit they brought a unit and began to install it and stopped and left with it. Several hours later they returned with another unit. This unit was scratched up. I was told it didn?t fit in their van and that it had to be taken apart. I asked if it was a new unit and they said yes. I sent pictures of the scratches, yellow paint, and unevenness of the base to the sales manager. I asked if the unit was new, used, or a demo. He sent me an email stating it was new. I tried to register the new outdoor unit on Trane?s website. I found the dehumidifier had not been registered even though Logan?s had said they had registered my equipment. I could not register the new unit. I called Trane and they said it was registered but to another individual. I also found out the unit was manufactured in 2010. I called the sales manager and he told me the unit had been registered in the owner of Logans name. That did not make sense as this was a warranty registration. At this point I called Home Depot who I had bought the system through. Through the manager at Home Depot I found the unit they installed was a demo off their showroom floor. Both the installer and the sales manager lied to me. I was paying for a new 2013 unit but got a 2010 demo. Home Depot arranged for Logan?s to replace the second unit with a new unit. On the day of installation of the third unit I noticed the unit was smaller than the demo. I then found out the demo unit was a 3 ton. I was told by all companies that quoted the job I could not have a 3 ton because I only had 9 registers in my home. A 3 ton unit would need at least 12 registers. A 3 ton unit would not work properly with my home. The Logan salesman was fully aware of what my house needed. I had to add return air ductwork just to have the 2.5 ton unit. They willfully and knowingly installed this unit without a care that they were ripping me off. Currently I am awaiting a representative from Trane to verify if any of the installed system is correct and new. Update: Logan's set up an appointment with the Trane Rep. The Trane Rep would not come out and review my system. He would only verify what units were registered to my residence.

Service came as indicated. He checked the heat pump/air conditioner and stated we needed a new system that would cost between $9K and $12K as he was unable to get our current system running. As we were having other work performed in our residence, our contractor suggested we call another company which he suggested. It was now after 6pm, however, we were able to talk to the other company and service representative. A service representative came to the house to check our heat pump/air conditioner the next day. He informed us that the inside unit was in good condition, it was the outside unit which had a broken wire as well as readings that were off. He fixed the broken wire and suggested we look at replacing the outside unit soon. Beware - Logan is out to simply sell costly units to those who aren't willing to go the next step and check out other avenues.

The Logan guys came out and looked at our old furnace that just went out on our wedding Day. They gave us some price break downs and gave us a few different options. We knew our furnace was old and knew we needed a new one. At first they told us the price of the repair which was going to be more than what we wanted to spend on a 18 year old furnace that had known issues. We told them that we wanted to look at a new furnace and AC since we didn't have a large sum of money available, due to paying off our wedding. They showed us a few different options and told us we could get 5 year financing at 0% with no money down through Wells Fargo. The system that we received was an XV-95 furnace and a XLi 16 Air Conditioner. We also received a full year free of service calls from logan which includes check ups and tune ups. On the day of install two very nice gentlemen showed up with their van. They were very professional only took 1 30 minute lunch break. I was home the entire day and spoke with them a few times about what they were doing which i am sure got on their nerves but they were extremely kind and understanding. They explained everything to me while they worked on our house. They went over how to work the thermostat which I already knew from having my old thermostat. They laid down mattts and made sure to clean up everything after they left. Logan also did all the work to get the inspectors to come out and also did the leg work to get me my $300 credit from vectren. I was very pleased with the work that was done. Along with getting the free year of service we also received a free duct cleaning from Logan which they are going to be doing here soon. I will update my review when that is completed. I highly recommend Logan for HVAC services.

Our 30+ year old furnace went out in the middle of winter. Took the time to get two quotes. Decided to also replace the old A/C unit. Logan was very responsive with quote time and - once we decided to go with them, they were very quick to actually do the job. We were replacing a propane furance and central air with a Trane heat pump (not a geo) and central air unit. Their price quote came in a little more than $1K less than their competition for a comparable product at just under $10K. We ended up with a high effeciency model - not the highest, but the next one down I think. Our house is about 2100 sq ft. A huge plus was that they were offering 5 years same as cash! The guys were informative and installation was done in one day. The only con to the whole experience was that we got a duct cleaning along with it and they had to come back and do it a second time. One additional note (because I forgot to enter this review right after installation)... the Logan office called recently and reminded me that we had yet to schedule our one year free check-up. I probably would have forgotten.

The installers arrived at the scheduled time, completed the installation in a timely manner and explained the operation of the system including the thermostat. They were courteous and efficient and left the work area cleaner than when they arrived. There was one minor misunderstanding about the extent of the job as contracted (they were not aware that the system was to be balanced) but this was quickly resolved by a phone calll to the sales rep. We are very happy with the Trane system (much quiter and more efficient) in both cooling and heating modes.
