Technician arrived as scheduled and promptly diagnosed problem. Work was completed and problem solved with air conditioner.

Logan gave us a price for a top-flight Trane double-cycle furnace and an AC system that beat a competitor's price for a generic, run-of-the-mill furnace and AC system. Logan had a special, so a whole-house humidifier was free. The workers were professional and the work went quickly and well. After the installation, they clearly showed us how everything worked. That was more than a year ago. It's been a pleasure to have this new system. Logan applied for the tax credits for us.

I found the device in question, a "Little Giant" pump, was available from Amazon for under $50. When it arrived, it took me all of 15 minutes to seap them out. I can imagine we would have been charged 2x that for the priveledge of them supplying the pump, plus a hefty labor fee for sticking two pipes in it and plugging it in, all on top of the $109 charge for the honor of them visiting my home. If you need them to do what you could and should do yourself, I'll bet they'd do a fine job - just be prepared to completely empty your wallet and expect no preferential treatment if they happened to install your furnace in the first place.

Pretty good. Price was great. They scratched up the linoleum in my basement. Because of the blistering hot weather they did take pains to get the a/c up and running as quickly as possible -- in just a few hours, and made sure that was done before going to lunch. The a/c quit working later the next day after the job was concluded (low refrigerant I think), and it was kind of painful to get them to respond and not just treat it like an ordinary service call. When calling to get help the office asked me questions like was the thermostat set and had I changed the air filter (!), seemingly oblivious to the fact this was a brand-new installation. They made a big deal about wanting my review of their service. I submitted detailed feedback, the good and the not so good. Nobody from Logan or Trane ever contacted me. But when all was said and done, I did get a Trane furnace and a/c that has worked well and at a very competitive price.

Went well - recommend buying the yearly plan so they'll come out twice a year for tuneup etc, saves a few bucks over single appointment

Prompt and took less time than anticipated.

The price was competitive when we got our estimates. They were very professional with the installation. We haven't had any issues since then. They are coming out in December to do an annual maintenance. I think their price is a little on the high side for a maintenance visit, but I haven't checked with other companies to compare.

Servicemen were on time and did the job well. Absolutely no complaints.

Very weird done!! Very polite & answered questions!

We called another company on the Sunday before Thanksgiving - 2015. It was very cold outside, so the furnace should have been running. We woke up to a 55 degree house. The other company came and restarted it, but said they'd sleep with the windows cracked because CO could build up. Gee, thanks!! They didn't offer any other solution. We called Logan Monday morning early, and they had someone over right away, they told us NOT to turn the furnace on, and they were very concerned for our safety. They came over with an estimate, they had two guys at our house Wednesday morning early, including one who stayed past 8 p.m. just to make sure all was well for our holiday and that when relatives (including an infant) arrived, all was toasty and SAFE in the house. We were very thankful and we recommend them to EVERYONE. We've had them back every spring and fall for a check.

It was affordable and they did a good job. They were recommended and they had a high score on BBB. It was a good air conditioner. The were good. We had hail damage so I guess they came when they could.

Their people were excellent to work with. The technicians that installed it were very professional, they were very courteous, and they did a wonderful job. They were very respectful and we were very satisfied with their work. The only thing I had a problem with was the sales person never made it clear to us that we could not use a credit card. We were planning on paying with one of our rewards cards; we're talking a $4,000 unit and so it would have been a big deal. And when we went to pay, they said it was another 5% charge. The salesman said he told us ... no, he did not. I felt they were very good. We live in a two-story house and the air conditioning doesn't get upstairs, so it's a hot zone. Our idea was that it would save us money to just air condition the bedroom and not the whole house in the Summer. So right now we don't really know if it's going to be cost-effective or not. We are hoping, because really $4,000 was a whole heck of a lot of money to just air condition in the bedroom. It's a large home, and to air condition the whole house just to get air up into the bedroom, it just made sense to me. We were kinda shocked at the cost but we went ahead with it. For pricing, I have nothing to compare it with. They were like the only Mitsubishi dealer and we didn't check with anyone else, so I have nothing to grade on that. I don't even know if there's other units that would do this. It's not a window air conditioner; it is its own air conditioning unit system so I don't have anything to compare it with.

I have used them for a few years. They are okay and I will probably be staying with them. I would use them again since they installed the furnace.

We used them in our old home. We may also have purchased an air conditioner but I am not real sure because it has been that long ago. They really did a lot as far as updating and upgrading. It was a good experience. I would recommend them. I think a single person came out. The work was excellent. They even had to replace a little bit of the concrete floor because it hadn't been done properly. They took care of everything. It was a better installation than when we built the house. We were totally satisfied. The repair man explained everything he needed to do and why he had to do certain things. If he had to change something he called us in to go over it with us so we understood what was happening. To me it was extraordinary service.

I think they're pretty tight knit of a company.

They're excellent. Very accommodating. I used Logan AC & Heat Services last August and I'll be using them again probably in April or May. I have a special order that they're doing for me. They're very competitive with other local contractors. Very good quality, responsiveness, punctuality and excellent professionalism.

I thought that they were efficient. They did the job well. They were honest.

Was not installed properly. Had to be reinstalled later after many problems, they finally discovered they screwed it up. Everytime they come out for a tuneup, they try to sell a new furnace.
