Description of Work: I need a new furnace in a rental property made a phone call and a representative called me back within 24 hours negotiate the deal and had the new furnace installed within a week. Very knowledgeable staff and very professional.

Description of Work: The installed an electronic air cleaner and cleaned the ducts. Both operations went very well, and the resultant work was excellent.

Great job. professional manner, quick work, great clean up and all my questions answered. The sales and installation staff were terrific. Description of Work: Our air conditioning went out in the fall of 2013 but was so late in the season we waited until the spring of 2014 to get an estimate on a new furnace and A/C. We called several companies for estimates and decided to go with Logan A/C and Heat Services. Installation was done in one day for both. The A/C was great last summer and the furnace has been wonderful all winter. We'll be contacting them soon to set up a check for the A/C for this coming summer. Was happy with both furnace and A/C installers

Description of Work: They installed a new A/C. Their price was much better than our usual provider's price for a similar unit, and they had very god ratings wherever we looked.

Description of Work: I use Logan A/C & Heat Services. They replaced my gas furnace and air conditioning units.

Description of Work: Replaced all electric heating and cooling systems in my home. This included removing the old system, installing the new systems, getting it operational, and hauling off the old system. It was accomplished by two technicians in around 6 hours. They both were very careful to be very clean and neat.

Description of Work: Called for troubleshooting/repair of my oil furnace which was not running. The technician arrived as promised, but after looking it over said that he would not try to fix it because of the age and because once he worked on it, "Logan would own it." In other words, he really did not want to try to figure out why it was not running. He then immediately went into his sales pitch about how this was my lucky day because the heat pumps had big rebates, etc. He then proceeded to estimate that a heat pump system would cost me around $9,000. I told him that was way too much money, then he started talking about a new oil furnace. The price he came up with was about what I ended up paying for a new furnace, but I did not trust him and therefore did not sign a contract. I asked several questions which he could not answer. Said he would get back to me, but never did. I guess if the sale is not made by the "technician" on the first visit, they do not bother following up.

Description of Work: Set up an apppointment for an A/C inspection almost 2 weeks in advance and made arrangements to be at home. Logan left a message the day before and said they would not be coming.
