I felt the whole experience went well. They put plastic down to ensure cleanliness of service. They put insulation in my attic and left everything like it was before they arrived.

Installers arrived as scheduled and were courteous. The cold air return duct work had lost all covering and this company was the only one that would do that repair. My utility usage has been reduced this heating season.

Larry, Corey, and crew arrived promptly during a snow storm & performed insulation job to attic in timely manner, acted professionally, and cleaned up after job completed. Very reasonably priced and exhibited honesty as estimate had included installation of vent chutes above garage - took that amount off of bill when they found chutes already had been installed by builder!

They arrived on time, covered the carpet, and worked quickly & efficiently. They installed insulation in our knee wall and had to cut a hole in some of the walls. They patched the walls and cleaned up after themselves.

After moving into my home and replacing a the ceiling in a large portion of it, I had little to no attic insulation. From the time of the estimate to when the work was done, everyone was professional and timely. Very pleased with the results, and already seeing savings in the first winter after!

Excellent experience. Very professional. Came out and did a thorough inspection and made suggestions for both our house and attached garage. Work was excellent - arrived on time, minimal disruption, covered walkways and entrance, cleaned up everything. Results have been very good - furance definitely running less and house and garage both warmer.

Larry came to do the estimate, he is very friendly and likeable, nice man. They arrived early and the men were ready to work. Did a great job and they were very knowledgeable. This is the second job they have done for us. They did a rental property that had very, very old insulation. They vacuumed it out and blew in new, tenants love it. They guys that worked were great.

The Vice President of the company came out and gave me a fair estimate. After I decided to go ahead with the work I called the company and set up a date. The technicians came out, on time, and told me what the procedure would be. They carefully set up their equipment and blew the insulation into the attic. The work was done in a timely manner and they cleaned up after the job was completed. One of the technicians had me go up and look at the finished job. I was very pleased with the way it was done!

It was a positive experience throughout. When the company set an appointment for either doing the estimate, or completing the work, they arrived on time. The owner did the estimate, discussed options for insulating material, and quoted a price. He was very informative, and did not attempt to apply any pressure, or to offer "add-ons." The installers arrived ten minutes early. They were very efficient, and worked through the day. They were friendly and knowledgeable, able to answer questions that arose. They left the house looking just as they had found it. This company delivers what it promises. I wish every home improvement provider would emulate them.

Called for estimate, set up time, gave us estimate. We called back to set up time for installation. Arrived on time. Performed work per estimate.

We found C&M on Angie's List. They had a stellar reputation, and it was well earned based on our experience. The owner came out to perform the estimate. He noted that we had approximately 6" of insulation throughout the attic, pointed out that we didn't have vent chutes, and that our previous owner had improperly installed batted insulation, which was likely rendering what insulation we did have to be ineffective. He also noted that the ceiling above the basement stairs, while partially insulated, was likely having a chimney effect that cooled the house further. The original estimate was for R38 insulation, which would bring us up to our local building code. Having done a little homework I asked about the difference between R38 and R49, and he walked me through the differences in insulation depth, price difference, and expected effect. I felt absolutely no pressure during this process, and felt confident that this company knows what they are doing. The installation went very well. They arrived on time, installed the vent chutes, and installed installation to the agreed upon depth. The gap over the basement stair ceiling was covered over (it should be noted there was not a gap in the ceiling itself, but rather a gap between the ceiling and the floor of the attic, creating what I would call a "well"). They installed batted insulation between the blown insulation over the house and the attic which we do not heat, creating a barrier to address some concerns I had about a foot of loose insulation with no retainer. Absolutely everything was as we agreed, and there was no mess left over once they departed. I feel that I received exactly what I asked for with a professional experience consistent with the other reviews that I read.

The job was started on time, it was performed as specified and completed on time. The C&M crew members were polite, stayed on task, cleaned up after themselves and in my opinion took extrodinary care to earn this positive report. I would recommend this company to anyone needing home insulation advice and services. Several weeks after I paid for the services I realized I had not used the Angie's List Coupon. I called C&M and they advised I should simply send them the coupon and they would gladly send me the rebate. I am impressed with the integrity and business ethics of this company.

The crew arrived on time and blew replacement insulation in our attic. The owner was with the crew when they arrived and was with them when the job was finished. The owner is very personable and knowledgeable. He is familiar with many different areas of the home improvement business and is well known, which helped us in our selection of this company because he was recommended by other vendors that we were choosing from for new concrete work. Overall, the crew did a great job.

3 men showed up at 9:00 AM and finished the job by 1:30 PM.Larry the owner of C & M showed up mid way to make sure that all was going well. Crew proceed carpet with plastic cleaned up.

On-time, courteous, and professional from start to finish. We are the 5th home in the neighborhood to use this company. Much cheaper than Home Depot's price.

MR.SOWERDS AND HIS STAFF SHOWED UP EARLY (WHICH I APPRECIATED) ,,EXPLAINED JOB AND WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO..GOT TO WORK RIGHT AWAY AND FINISHED IN DECENT TIME. WAS PLEASED WITH THE PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE MANNER DISPLAYED. WOULD USE THIS COMPANY IN THE FUTURE IF NEED ARAISES.

Very well. They arrived on schedule, applied blown insulation in attic, cleaned up area. They were very professional at all times.

They were excellent. They were very thorough and went over and above what they really had to do for insulation. They did anything and everything that I wanted. They even put in more insulation than what I bought. Their responsiveness and punctuality was less than perfect.

The owner came out, they were great. I would use them again.

I was very satisfied. I had an estimate of $919 but I made a couple of changes and asked for something different which changed the price and we agreed upon the new price. I had three other companies come out and they gave me the best price. They were actually early for the appointment. They came in, did their job and left. They went right to work. I would use them again.

The company was very responsive. They provided and estimate on a Tuesday and was willing to perform the work the following day. I scheduled 2 days latter and they accommodated that request. I was able to get the work completed within the end of the year to receive the tax credit. The quote was $400 and with an Angie's list discount of 10% I was able to save $40.

They were supposed to be here between 8:30 and 9:00 but didn't show up until after 11:30 and didn't call. But when they got here they were very professional. They laid down plastic under the hose they used for the attic and cleaned up after the job. Overall it only took about 3 hours.
