+ -1 moreI had a long lists of things I needed done from a sticking door, hand railing that was falling off, grab bars installed ... many, many things. Dan just worked his way through the list.
Description of Work: I've used Dan several times now to do MANY handyman tasks at the house I just purchased. He has been unfailingly professional, organized, capable, and does not waste time. I will certainly use him again and am very pleased with his work.

+ 0 moreExcellent job! I was concerned about getting this house painted due to the vinyl siding. Dan calmed our fears and assured us that painting vinyl siding was no longer a problem.They were very knowledgeable of the process required and the special paint and additives needed. This process took 3 steps: The first step was a power wash of the entire house. Step 2 was a base coat of paint with a bonding agent in the paint. Finally the top coat. The house looks great! Dan was responsive to changes and always reliable. We would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Exterior paint on our 2 story vinyl sided house in 3 colors.
