They were doing work at my neighbors home and decided to drive their cart through my yard. Called the company to find out what was put on my lawn because I have animals and they couldn’t be bothered to return my call. Gentleman was very rude and tried to pretend he didn’t drive through my yard but the video footage and tracks I have in my yard say otherwise, would not use.

As per a text communication with my former contractor who now works for this company, I agreed to my lawn being mowed every other week for $30 per mowing. Starting with the first mow of the season and also on every subsequent visit, the mowers blades were set high, and three days later my lawn no longer looked mowed. The workers returned every week after the first with one exception (presumably due to bad weather) and never lowered their blades. I believe they intentionally kept the blades high to ensure they would need to return every week, and not every two weeks as per my original agreement. In addition, only 80%-90% of my yard was mowed each visit, and I repeatedly found multiple sections around my yard that had obviously not been mowed. My contractor from the previous season was only present during the first mowing, and the difference in quality when he was not there on these subsequent visits was stark. I was not billed until six weeks after the first mowing. I immediately paid the bill and then called the company to cancel service. I now mow my own yard and with the blades set at #2 I only need to mow every other week. I just received a second bill with a note indicating that it was for two additional visits that occurred in the beginning of May before I cancelled service, which I will pay as soon as I complete this review, however I will never again do business with this company. If you don't mind paying twice as much as agreed for unfinished work, this company may be for you.

I felt they completed just average work but their billing price was very high. After they completed the work I still found leaves around my bushes and other places. I didn't call to complain because I try to be nice and don't want to make a big deal of things. I have a very small yard in town around my bungalow house. Two sides of my property boarder a business that neatly manicures their lawn. When I hired Treece in December they did not give me a price, which I guess I could have clarified. All they said was they would have to charge me to dispose of the leaves. I said this was fine because I know our city has a free curbside pick of leaves as long as they are bagged. Treece had yet to bill me in January 2013, so I called to inquire but only got a voicemail and no one returned my call. I finally received my bill this week and was very surprised that Treece charged me $343 for these services. On the bill, $285 was for complete lawn clean up and lawn debris. The next bill item says mow and vacuum lawn for $35. To me, both of these services were relatively the same thing. They also charged the normal state tax, which I understand. At this point I feel that Treece significantly overcharged me for rather routine yard work. I'm requesting that Treece look to significantly adjust the fees they are charging me for this service, to what would seem to be reasonable for work completed. I never would have hired Treece if I thought they would have charged me this much.

he came to my home and gave me some Ideas. Then I had some Ideas and he liked them and we combined them together. He did an excellent job getting my project done. I have used him twice. He also recommended a remodeler as well. He keep me dreaming and that helps me keep budgeting for my next projects.

Company came out to meet and discuss landscaping to be perforrmed, he took notes and pictures, left with promises to call midweek. Ten days later finally called and left a message to set up time to go over estimated performed. I called back 2 hours later and had to leave a voicemail message. Three days later and still no return call nor an estimate. I really was impressed with all his ideas and my husband was looking forward to going over the estimate with the owner, however the lack of punctuality has forced us to peruse other landscaping companies.

I was thinking about doing the last job on my own and the landscaper let me know his recommendations. He knows that I am trying to save money as well. I would be able to do a few of the projects myself now. He basically told me the steps that I needed to do to go ahead and let the first application go down for crab grass and weed control. In six weeks, he is going to get me the lawn seed that he used to install our lawn initially. Then I can rent an over seeder myself and just use that. He walked me through the steps. We have a big yard and he charged me approximately $70 for the last treatment. His landscaping plans and design were right on. He has a very artistic eye about knowing where to place the trees, shrubs, plantings and things like that. He is very talented in that aspect. He can also keep the price under control for you. He always has alternatives for you without having a poor design or anything. If you present something back to him, he is very open minded to take into account what you like as an individual and not just what he sees artistically. He will also help you to keep the cost down. He can tweak his plans to suit your budget and your likes. He stands behind his warranties. We had one of our trees that didn’t make it through last winter and he was out early last spring to replace it and there were no questions asked. We did find cheaper companies, but I am not sure as to how they would have turned out. He does work with you in terms of his pricing. I plan to continue to use him throughout the year. His crew has been working for him even when they put in our initial lawn. He has a guy named John who came out and spent hours to fine grade the dirt. The dirt was embedded with stones and he eliminated those and got it down to a very good grade where our drainage is spectacular especially with the rains that we have had.
