We renovated a large multi-level deck with composite. Being an avid wood worker, I have an eye for quality. Upon completion of the job, I did my final inspection and was very impressed with the tight miters, square edges, uniform gaps, level, and flatness. Mikeâ s team was definitely not mere construction laborers, but craftsmen. After an exceptionally hot day, they began their site cleanup. I told them not to worry about it because theyâ re coming back in the morning, and it wasnâ t bothering me. He told me that was for their sense of pride, and they continued. It was obvious that they did take pride in every aspect of their work. Several progress updates were given, and Zack hit the estimate on the nose. Iâ ll hire this team for my next job without hesitation.

I am very impressed with the innovation, craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer service provided to us by Pinpoint Painting, LLC. Our storefront was a "train wreck" to say the least! However, Zach and Pinpoint Painting, LLC came up with the best solution for our problem. Pinpoint Painting repaired external wood and soffit problems with the building in addition to providing a vinyl siding solution that is quite appealing and will last. Not only was the solution great, but the craftsmanship was also superb; our building is actually wonderful to look at now! Pinpoint Painting did not disturb us and left the surrounding area clean and unaffected. I would recommend this company to any business or residence that is in need of external work to their storefront, building, or house!

The entire exterior of my home was recently painted by Pinpoint Painting. I had the ugliest house on the street, part aluminum siding and part peeling wood siding. My house now looks GORGEOUS!!! I cannot thank Zak and Pinpoint Painting enough. Not only is the work excellent but the team and my foreman were absolutely amazing. They are the most professional, kind and hardworking people I have seen in a long time. I am completely blown away by their work ethic and professionalism. There was an initial issue with the paint formula and I had no idea. My foreman identified it, brought it to my attention, and corrected it to be sure everything was perfect. They cleaned everything up daily, gave me updates and were sensitive to my schedule and other contractors. I cannot say enough great things about Pinpoint Painting. They are true professionals. Worth every penny!!

We are SO happy with the exterior paint job from Pinpoint Painting! Zach and Doug, the owners, run a great company. They were always quick to communicate and update me about the project, in addition to being super friendly and professional! Mikey was the lead painter on the project, which was for our windows, shutters, and door. He was so thorough, detail oriented and communicative throughout the entire project. They really did a fabulous job. On top of the fantastic paint job, they were so respectful of our yard and home. Everything was kept pristinely clean during and after the project. Truly, I was impressed. I've never had work done on our home that didn't require my husband and I cleaning up cigarette butts, trash, or debris up afterwards (or required fixing broken plants). Your crew, however, took such great care to keep our yard clean. It was greatly appreciated!! We will be moving next week and will most definitely be using your company again when it comes time to paint at the new house. Pinpoint is fabulous. They exceed expectations in every area - excellent quality, wonderful service a remarkably fair price given their quality and responsiveness. It's difficult to find companies who operate with old-fashioned values and consistently put the customer first but Pinpoint is one of those rare throwbacks. I've used them multiple times for projects large and small. Despite challenges due to the age of my house or other contractors, etc, their work has always been flawless and significantly improved the appearance of my home. And they've always been a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

Needed several coats due to the type of molding being painted. No extra charge even though the extra coats were unexpected at the time of the estimate. Very good customer service experience.

Pinpoint stained my 6 foot privacy fence in early November when everyone else turned down any outside work. The weather was fine and the project was completed without a hitch. Professional and very easy to work with. I will use again.

Pros: *free color consult *excellent communication *excellent customer service *respectful workers *job completed within expected time frame *corrected mistakes made in a timely manner Cons: *found a few areas with poor or missing paint coverage but company corrected the errors immediately I would hire this company again and would highly recommend them.

Doug did great job keeping me informed of the date work would be performed. He quickly replied to questions I sent him via email. Donny & Will did a great job staining my home. I did have to have them return to re-stain a section of the house that showed brush + roller contrast. They avoided damaging plants in area of the work! They listened to my concerns, doing their best to accede my concerns.
