Painters were excellent. Very hard working. However, The two owners would not eagerly come out to the house to address issues about the paint job involving the type of paint mix up. As said above, the workers were very good. I will not hire them again for their management techniques.

Prompt, professional, very neat, clean up all areas when done. Fair price for work.

Our house is over 100 years old, so we did not know what to expect. The walls look new; they are lovely! The team was engaging and responsive, respectful of our schedules and possessions. We will be enjoying their work for many years.

We're very happy with the house, and your guys did a fantastic job. We appreciate how efficient they were while still paying attention to detail. Every aspect of our experience was beyond expectation, from interactions with Doug and Brad, to Michelle the color consultant coming out, and obviously working with the crew themselves. Doug even went the extra mile to address some of our concerns. We weren't satisfied with the finish on the shutters, a couple of missed spots around windows, and his guys had accidentally took the tops off of some flowers when moving their equipment. Doug scheduled an additional trip out to the house and addressed our concerns without additional charge. He also offered to replace the flowers, which wasn't necessary (and we politely declined), but still a nice gesture nonetheless. We've already recommended Pinpoint to friends!

The 2 person team removed border trim wallpaper and painted the entire inside of my house and garage along with a couple of exterior pieces that needed touch up. They continuously worked on the project without any interruptions in the schedule. The work was done perfectly. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs to have this type of work completed. And I would use them again in the future should I need them.

The 2 man crew was friendly, nice and very profficient. The work was completed quickly, looks very nice and they came when expected. Also, they returned calls promptly and charged what they estimated. They did more than I expected. I would definitely use this company again.

Doug and Zach were great. I really enjoy professionals who are willing to communicate often. Not that I needed it however when I emailed a question, Doug was there to respond. I had a good experience with their painters as well. This is a busy I hope people will hire. I wish them the best and my next painting project, they will be my first call.
