"As everyone can see we have a very good track record with Angies List,I agree with the homeowner about our original contractor that was on site,the homeowners were not happy with them and had asked to have another crew.We did that and also put in many hours and materials at no charge to the homeowner.Even when the job was complete she wanted new oak base board that was not on the contract and I took care of that at my cost for their inconvience.Does every job go as smooth as possible,no,95% of people would not have re-acted the way this homeowner did but we always go out of our way to make it up to the homeowner and make thing correct,I even spent two full days myself on the job site and I gave them a reduced final payment to make them happy.I take it as per her report, that still was not enough.I am sorry to hear that we have an unhappy client but I really went out of my way to make this right. From the electricians and plumbers rewiring the three rooms and the major move of plumbing continues without a day's delay to the carpenter who installed the cabinets and until the final hickory floor board was nailed in place.
These talented and skilled craftsmen took our home, that was built in 1971, and installed over 40 feet by 20 feet of NEW...brought our home into 2014...just amazing... and completed all of this in a matter of 7 weeks.
Kitchen Design Center has an exceptional and experienced and accomplished team and our gorgeous renovation has inspired so many to consider KDC as their choice of remodel.
