Description of Work: We have dealt with many contractors in our time but none have been a better experience than the people at Kitchen Design Center. From the start when we went to the showroom and met Dawn, Cindy and Scott we felt like they had a real interest in making our new kitchen a reality. As our project got started Steve kept us informed on when our job was scheduled and what to expect. Ken and Bob showed up and were very professional in installing our cabinets. Then the real test came when we "added" to our original design and Scott and Steve took on our challenge and finished off the design seamlessly. In our opinion you will not go wrong by using Kitchen Design Center.

Description of Work: Kitchen and half bath remodel. In the end all was completed mostly to our satisfaction. Not a pleasant experience to get to that point due to poor communication between subcontractor/KDC/client on one issue. Extending grace that Scott was out of office on medical leave and unable to personally address it at the time. Feel that Scott strives to please his customer.

Description of Work: Kitchen remodel. Many mistakes in measurement. People that did work very unprofessional. Left mess that we had to clean. Took 3 months to complete a 4 to 6 week job! Installed flooring and wanted to seam in after cabinet movement because of improper measuring. Had to redo things because of errors! Would never refer anyone to them.

Description of Work: Complete kitchen remodel of century house including new hardwood flooring, relocation of steam heating lines, update of electrical panels, new insulated walls, granite countertops, and cherry cabinets. All work was professionally done, quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality construction. The project required a large amount of demolition. Construction debris was removed and disturbed home areas cleaned up daily. We had an ambitious schedule with goal of substantial completion in time for Thanksgiving dinner. KDC moved heaven and earth to make it happen.

Description of Work: They designed a kitchen remodeling for us, and removed soffits & "gutted" the area . They installed cabinets & Cambrian Quartz countertops, did some rewiring, fixed some plumbing, and installed a new stippled ceiling that ran straight through the family room to the far wall. Everyone was prompt, professional, cleaned up at the end of each work day, and did high quality work. It was a good experience!
