"As everyone can see we have a very good track record with Angies List,I agree with the homeowner about our original contractor that was on site, the homeowners were not happy with them and had asked to have another crew.We did that and also put in many hours and materials at no charge to the homeowner.Even when the job was complete she wanted new oak base board that was not on the contract and I took care of that at my cost for their inconvience.Does every job go as smooth as possible,no,95% of people would not have re-acted the way this homeowner did but we always go out of our way to make it up to the homeowner and make thing correct,I even spent two full days myself on the job site and I gave them a reduced final payment to make them happy.I take it as per her report, that still was not enough.I am sorry to hear that we have an unhappy client but I really went out of my way to make this right. Thank you Scott Herceg"
