Description of Work: I believe there was a lack of communication or a misunderstanding. When he gave me an estimate it was completely different from what I thought I had purchased.

Description of Work: AGI washed my outside windows. They met my time frame, were on time and did a perfect job. They did not disturb any of the landscaping. I'v used them once before and will use the again

Description of Work: As soon as I called Dan he came out and from the exterior of the house walked our grounds and left an estimate. As we have several atriums with high windows only accessible from the roof, I was pleased that his crew was accomplished in large projects. I called him, discussed all the items to be included, set a date to be cleaned as well as a backup rain date. The 5 men arrived promptly after giving me a pre-call and spent the entire day, which was very warm, doing a marvelous job on windows-all 4 sides, screen and storms included-that hadn't been cleaned in many years. Even my husband was impressed! Dan, Bob, and Tony started in the house and Gil and Nigel worked outside. Before the day was over, all had worked both places and were equally conscientious with our furniture, carpets and numerous glass breakables. They were more than cooperative in helping to move items that needed to be moved for access and then putting them back in place-i.e. original large stained glass window hangings and curtains that I decided to take down and wash, which then they helped rehang. All the men repeatedly put booties over their shoes when they entered the house and removed them when they would go back to their truck for supplies. When they left everything was back in place and only the shine on the windows showed they here. When Gill did the windows on our Glassed in porch-(large sliding glass doors), he meticulously washed the windows and sliding screens and when he finished the outside and came inside he, discovered that in sliding the screens, some marks were on the outside glass. He immeditely returned to the outside and redid his work until they were perfect! He was a true perfectionist! We highly recommend them and would like to recommend A GI Window Cleaning as one of your BEST window cleaning specialists.

Description of Work: ** Note: The date definitely is "approximate", because I'm not near my calendar to check it for sure. After purchasing the voucher to have the outside windows of our home washed, I called the owner to see if he would extend the expiration date because we had to have some extensive work done in our backyard that would mess them right up again. He was very nice and said to just let him know when we were ready. Great! They came when scheduled - the workers were very polite, etc. Great! It was a work day for me, so it was not until after they were done and gone that my husband and I had a chance to take a look at their work. NOT great! Although a few of the windows (we have a lot), were okay, many of them had considerable streakingv/ smearing. Also there was still dirt in many of the corners of the glass. A couple of the windows still had the spider webs in them. And then upstairs in the bathroom, it didn't look like either window was even touched. My husband and I agreed that he and I could have done a much better job ourselves, and we're 62. Will not use them again, nor recommend them. Too bad, because they were very nice people.
